Everyone’s excited but temper your expectations. I came Saturday during their soft opening and it was really good. Today though it took me about an hour to get through drive through only to get home and see that I got the wrong drink and they messed up my burger. Food quality and value was still good, but these first few weeks will make or break their staying power. Will update my review after a few more trys.

My son and waited some time for the excitement to run its course. Dining in was not the experience we’d hoped for. There was only one kiosk open to order with no one manning a register. Our final wait time was 38 min and they didn’t get my son’s Jumbo Jack correct. Adding the onions, mustard, and other things he didn’t want. Our burgers waited for 30 min on a counter so by the time we got them, they were cold. The tacos were good and the only thing that we received fresh. They seem to want to focus on drive thru and dont seem to worry too much about customers dining in. IF we go back we’ll go through the drive through and see if its better.

Just like many has said, workers are in the building doing nothing and not taking orders doing business hrs. If your not open 24hrs take the dang sign down. California, Hawaii and Kentucky open 24 hrs. Also another one coming on Jefferson soon. Hopefully that one is better ran.

Tacos were tasty just like i remember. Not too long of a wait. Line kept moving smoothly. Vanilla coffee tasted like real coffee and not syrup. Onion rings were real onion rings – nice and crunchy. Curly fries were good also. Customer service was good overall. Cant wait to try other items! Plan is to try everything on the menu! So excited it’s finally here!!!

Went for a quick bite today first time here and trying it in general. I was a little nervous at first lol. But I was beyond impressed, the customer service was top notch, food was good and hot! Fries are like McDonald’s fries lol. The soda was even great to. This place deserves more recognition then the 2.5 stars they have currently, GIVE THEM A CHANCE!! I’m a manager myself in fast food so props to you Jack in the box!! Keep it up.

Excited to have a Jack in the Box in our area! Food was tasty. Drive Through was pretty quick but not quite speedy enough for 5 star service. However, given earlier reviews complained about long wait times, it seems to have got a lot better since their first month of being open. I recommend the Sauced and loaded box of mini tacos!

I really wish that people would not give bad reviews based on the time that they waited. That is so not fair to new businesses that are trying their best to get up and running. This is a new location and like all new businesses, it takes time to work everything out, both good and bad. Jack in the Box used to be in the Chicagoland area years ago and I for one, am so happy that they are back. Good burgers, good teriyaki bowls and egg rolls believe it or not, breakfast served all day and good service. My son loves their churros too. I hear the tacos are pretty good too, but I have not tried them as of yet. I really wish they had mozzarella sticks though! If you don’t want to wait around for a long time for your food quite yet, then go elsewhere and come back here in a month or 2 and try their good food then. I have not gone inside yet, only the drive-thru so I cannot comment on what goes on inside this location. SO HAPPY they are back. Much better than McDonalds, Taco Bell and Panda Express in my opinion!!!!

Ordered 2 sourdough jack meals, and after waiting over an hour in the drive through with only 10 cars ahead of me this is what we got.. No sourdough bun and no tomato. Dont bother telling the customer youre out of sourdough for the SOURDOUGH jack, just slap it on any tiny bun and charge them full price. If youre taking my money give me what I order, or tell me you dont have it.

Left before we even payed for our food because of how rude the drive thru attendant was. I worked in service and food for 10 years, I was polite and ordered 2 things and basically got yelled at about what size I want for something when the menu didnt have sizes or prices for that item. Basically like they were pissed off and wanted me to hurry up when I hesitated upon being asked and yelled at me with a horrible tone and cut me off. It was so out of character even for a fast food place. I literally have never been treated or talked to that bad by an employee somewhere and it happened within first 30 seconds

Did not enjoy at all. At first, there was a long delay in taking our order. They took 2 orders then went to the back for about 5 min. I waited patiently at this point we’d been waiting about 15 min in line. There were only 2 ahead of us. They took my order eventually, I looked at my receipt and it was wrong. Had to wait to let them know by the time I told them it was late they already made it, but it sat there for about 10 min. While we waited we got our cups of soda from the fountain machine and the ice smelled. Like it hadn’t been cleaned. By the time we actually got our food my wife notices the woman touching our food didn’t have gloves on. Then when we got to our table it was dirty wasn’t wiped down from the last person who probably sat there. Our burgers were cold. The tacos were soggy and cold. My wife’s onion rings were burnt. I asked my wife if she wanted to take the food back, she said no, they look like the type of crew who will mess with our food. I agreed. I Love Jack n the Box but I won’t be going back there. I don’t think they’ll be open more than a year. So many people taking food back for wrong orders it’s sad. Very sad.
