Very disappointed. They were at Taste of Summer in Dubuque and it was just awful. Ordered rib tips, pulled pork sandwich and mac and cheese total 23bucks. the rib tips were 80% bone and the meat was tuff. The pulled pork had very little sauce they did have a gallon pump jug available that was cold and therefore I did not want to add it to my hot sandwich. the mac and cheese was a very hard downright rock like. clearly they had no concern with quality or freshness it was just served out like nothing. it was really a shame because I was very much looking forward to some barbecue. after this visit I will never be returning. I just wish I could give it no stars.

I just had the pulled pork sandwich and fries. The pulled pork was absolutely amazing, I’ll be going back to try everything else! The fries had great taste but I couldn’t get past the fact they were kind of soggy (I did a to go so probably excellent when fresh).

The ribs tips were excellent although i asked for sauce on the side and they were floating when i got them.Potato salad and fries(5 guys style) are excellent.The chicken wings are very small.Nonetheless very nice folks and probably the best place to go for BBQ in the Dubuque area.

I’ve worked here and can say the way they cook the food brings a homestyle flavor that can sooth a body. Fresh cut frys befry with cheese full wings crispy and affordable and and the ONLY pulled pork sandwich that compares to my moms. If you want that hit the spot home cooking get to sugar rays.
