I try hard to leave an open star giving the business room for minor improvements. Although there are those rare moments of appreciation that leave the customer an all around complete and satisfying sensation that hits deep to the core. Immediately I noticed the cleanliness, the organizing and inventory fully stocked, that is not easy to witness.

The lady who made my order was rude. She didnt have the ingredients for the sandwich i ordered and instead just made an entirely different sandwich without telling me anything. Her whole demeanor was put-offish.

I hadn’t eaten at Subway in forever, and after this visit, I probably won’t be back for a long time. I essentially got a meatless sandwich — portions were so skimpy compared to their competitors. They don’t honor any coupons, and the store didn’t feel especially clean inside. The one bright spot was the friendly guy who made my sandwich; he smiled the whole time. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience reflected Subway’s struggles.

I went in to use the restroom awhile ago and needed to make a purchase to do so. That’s fine, I get it, so I purchased a $25 gift card because there was a sign saying I get an extra $5 reward. I gifted the gift card and kept the reward for myself to use later. When I tried to use the reward before it expired, that was printed at their store by their employees and they still had a sign up for a similar promotion, they said the reward had no value. They turned the screen around with a ton of writing all over to try and “prove” it had no value, but 1) I don’t know how to read their POS screen and 2) why do you print rewards at your store that have. no value?! Worked just said she couldn’t help me and store manager says nothing he can do either. Absolutely terrible customer service

This is the best subway I’ve ever been in! The manager is so friendly and the store is so clean. Plus there is no line at lunch hour right now because of the construction out front. I’ll definitely be making this my regular subway!

Edited review due to going around 5pm and expecting the same great service but this lady was so rude and careless just cause she was overwhelmed. Needed to use the restroom but she said i needed to order so said im ready to order then she stated drive through was first so i had to wait. Her interaction was so unprofessional and told me not to go back that they odnt care

Zero stars! The owner of this subway so so sleezy for not allowing coupons. Subway sends them out all locations should have to take them.

The employee was very rude he did not have the sauces where you could see them and there was a big water spill by the register he had a wet sign but you could not pay without stepping in the water puddle and then as I walked to the table I nearly slipped and fell because of it. I have been at many other Subway but I have never received this unprofessional attitude before. Please Fire him
