The last time I visited a Subway was this Subway in 2013. When I walked in, this Subway is newly remodeled and modern, which was not included in the Google Photos. I ordered two Steak and Cheeses with two guys helping. One of the guys, probably new accidentally put olives in my sandwich and tried his best to remove it. I didn’t mind the olives in my sandwich though. Alright place.

Ordered a deluxe sub and got the same amount of meat as a normal one the guy only put 3 half scoops of meat on it. When I pointed it out the guy was rude and told me he put enough on it and charged me for a deluxe. Then the other employee working took my payment and when I put my hand out to take my change he dropped it on the counter as if my hand wasn’t right there. Completely disappointed and will not be coming back here. I’d rather go to another place and pay more for better service and a sandwich that I want.

My wife and I have eaten at this Subway nearly every Sunday for a couple of years. The staff here are terrific. They are friendly and efficient. Our food order is always correct whether we order in or online. We recently had a problem with the Subway rewards program and we were unable to redeem our Subway rewards. I contacted the Subway rewards team multiple times trying get a resolution and I was not happy with their efforts to remedy my problem. I really felt like they didn’t care. I received a request to write a review as to my satisfaction with this Subway location. I expressed how much I liked this Subway and all of their staff but I was very unhappy with the customer service from the Subway rewards team. In a very short time I received a phone call from the store owner Mo, he listened to my explanation of what my problem was and he was genuinely concerned that I was having this problem. I sent Mo a copy of my rewards card a copy of an email I had received from the rewards team. Mo told me that was going to get this problem corrected for me. He also followed up with me via email. When we went in today to order our lunch the manager immediately asked for my rewards card. She got on the phone with Mo and bingo they fixed the problem. I was able to redeem my rewards. Mo and his staff went the extra mile to make sure that their customers had a great experience at their store. Excellent customer service. Thank you Mo and thank you to your great team. If you are looking for a place to order your meals please give this Subway store a try.

My wife just got us two foot long egg sandwiches. We generally love egg sandwiches. My wife paid 2 dollar extra to add guacamole to sandwiches. !!! Yucky the sandwiches turned bitter as the guacamole is bitter. I checked Google to understand that guacamole made from unripe avocado gets bitter !!! We are not going back here.

The food is good … your avg sandwich if you don’t have time or energy to make one. Nothing super unique but good fresh veggies and coffee of cold cutts, beef or grilled chicken or tuna. They now have a veggie patty for vegetarians in addition to regular salad bar veggies to go in a wrap or sub.
