Whomever was working and making sandwiches on 5/12/2025 around 12:20 this afternoon. You guys should be wearing hairnets or hats. I not only found 1 but two really long hairs INSIDE my sandwich. I didnt even get to eat it. I had to pull one out of my mouth. Disgusting.

Paid through the app for pickup. Arrived and staff said they never got the order—despite the app confirming it and my bank showing the charge.
They casually admitted this is a known glitch: customers get charged, store system shows nothing, and “there’s nothing we can do.” No food, no manager, no apology.
Contacted Subway support with proof of payment. They closed my ticket without a single word, ignored the evidence, and never refunded me.
This location (and corporate) took my money for food I never received.

I called here at 7: 30 am, in the phone would ring over 20 times and then it would get picked up and put back down again…. I called twice and both times I was hung up on without being answered. The drive-thru is open 24 hours… When I finally did go in at 8:00 am, I asked for extra olives and what she put on my sandwich didn’t do me Justice I felt, and also the wrap does not have enough toppings on it because it’s kind of loose & the meat section is literally slightly larger than the veggie section but the veggie section is supposed to be like twice as big as the meat section…. I ordered 2 veggie delight wrap$ ….

Typically we go to this one as it is the closest, but will start going elsewhere after today. Ordered delivery thru the app. Received order timely, but after receiving the order noticed 2 out of the 4 items were wrong. One was NOT even close to what was ordered (should have been steak, not turkey) and the other was so thin in veggies and had the WRONG sauce. I have been trying to reach them thru the phone for the last few hours and NOT a single answer. I’ll be going in person tomorrow since it appears no one wants to answer the phone as I know this location is not busy like EVER!!

After waiting what seemed like forever at the DMV today (5/8/2023) (no shocker there) I decided to stop at Subway for lunch before I went about my day. Ordered my food, staff was nice and went to use the restroom and wash up before I ate. Restroom was filthy, there was no soap and no paper towels. No big deal, I go to fill up my drink and no lemonade, yet no label saying it’s out. Again, no big deal, I’ll just get something else. Go to grab a lid, no lids for a regular sized drink. Sit down at the table directly in front of the cash register and notice a trail of ants crawling up the wall and across the windowsill as well as a few on the bench and table itself. I notified the staff and got the response of “we know” meaning they’re not going to do anything about it. I’d think an eating establishment of this caliber would do more in terms of facility maintenance but apparently not..

This was done because of no proper training or it was deliberately done. A 6″ Italian BMT. Nothing asked to be made special. 2 handfuls of onions were put on this sandwich. Not only did I stink like onions all night but my car still smells like onions 24 hours after receiving the sub. I now have to detail the inside to get the smell out. Thanks Subway. A great way to start out my work week by receiving the worst dinner before work. I couldn’t even finish it. Waste of my money. I will never go to this location again.

This is more of an observation than a complaint, but I wanted to bring it to management’s attention. It seems like there may be a staffing shortage at this location, and I believe it would be beneficial to consider hiring additional team members. Whether that means posting on job websites like Indeed, actively recruiting, or finding other ways to incentivize people to apply, it could help ease the burden on the staff. On multiple occasions, I’ve noticed the single person behind the counter struggling to keep up with orders. For instance, today, the employee informed me that she had six sandwiches and a drive-thru to complete before even taking my order. I didn’t mind waiting, but as a former food service worker, I can understand how stressful it must be to juggle these tasks while trying to maintain good customer service. If this issue isn’t addressed, it could lead to burnout and lower morale among the current staff, ultimately affecting the overall customer experience and potentially causing the business to lose out on sales. I highly encourage management to take action and find a solution to this problem
