After waiting what seemed like forever at the DMV today (5/8/2023) (no shocker there) I decided to stop at Subway for lunch before I went about my day. Ordered my food, staff was nice and went to use the restroom and wash up before I ate. Restroom was filthy, there was no soap and no paper towels. No big deal, I go to fill up my drink and no lemonade, yet no label saying it’s out. Again, no big deal, I’ll just get something else. Go to grab a lid, no lids for a regular sized drink. Sit down at the table directly in front of the cash register and notice a trail of ants crawling up the wall and across the windowsill as well as a few on the bench and table itself. I notified the staff and got the response of “we know” meaning they’re not going to do anything about it. I’d think an eating establishment of this caliber would do more in terms of facility maintenance but apparently not..

Usually I give the staff here the benefit of the doubt because they are often under staffed and have only one person working most of the day. Tonight the guys working here were rude and entitled and it definitely encouraged me to regular another location. You should too, they say they are 24 hours, but aren’t always open, often lock the doors and force you to go through drive through, might even make you sit at the box a while to see if you will go away. If you come to the drive thru during the day they make you come inside. Not trying to play games just trying to get a sandwich.

I went to this location on my way to the lake.there was one person working and was he was incredibly rude. He made the sandwiches sloppy, with an attitude, and when asked to put easy Mayo he flooded it with Mayo. He didn’t wash his hands but did manage to put clean gloves on so I was not to taken back on that. As he is ringing up my order he was texting and checking his phone. Honestly if I wasn’t so hungry I would have skipped out while he was making the sandwiches. This young person needs to obviously have supervision because he doesn’t appear to have enough maturity to do a proper job. I will never return to this subway again.

I live closer to the subway in north plains so I usually order there but I had a late nite craving for subway tonight this one was open 24 hours and offered delivery, so I ordered from there and hands down this was probably the best subway sandwich I’ve had in a very very long. They got my order right to the T and it was absolutely amazing!!

This was done because of no proper training or it was deliberately done. A 6″ Italian BMT. Nothing asked to be made special. 2 handfuls of onions were put on this sandwich. Not only did I stink like onions all night but my car still smells like onions 24 hours after receiving the sub. I now have to detail the inside to get the smell out. Thanks Subway. A great way to start out my work week by receiving the worst dinner before work. I couldn’t even finish it. Waste of my money. I will never go to this location again.

They didn’t have any bread. Only two options. Customer service was great. Sandwiches were tasty. The cooler with drinks was empty. Only one size for fountain drinks. But when you wanted to sit down, every table was dirty. We had wipe one down to eat. Floor was worse. Literally some wrapping sandwiches or straws, or napkins were everywhere. Too bad Subway is one of my favorite places to eat.

Went to washy hands and thought that the bathroom was so gross surely the food wasn’t this way. WRONG I considered try a sandwich anyway but when I went to order the worker told me what you see is what we have. I asked if they had eggs no. I saw vegetables all over the cooler, rotting cucumbers, very gross meat and that’s when I opted out. They should close of that’s the beat service they can do.
