placed a mobile order with multiple Venti Drinks (3 at first and then 2 more). i thought it was weird that they did not bag them but the baristas seemed busy so I asked them nicely for a cup holder and a bag. she then gave me 1 cup holder… I had to ask again for a bag and then bagged everything up myself. Maybe I caught them in a bad morning. Other than that, the drinks were good

Placed an online order for pickup at the drive thru, and waited 24 minutes in the drive thru line. Unable to go inside due to me being handicapped, and once in the line, no way to leave, so I also missed an appointment. Ridiculous to place an order and have to wait that long.

Always clean and friendly enviroment. My drink is not easy and they nail it every time! Donna (Army Mom) was super sweet and kind. She took care of me quickly and was equally kind to other customers and employees too. The barista that made my drink was very sweet as well.

I was given the worst coffee I’ve ever had. It tasted like burnt dirt. They left the milk out and acted like it was no big deal. It took way too long for a basic cup of coffee and another with milk and brown sugar syrup.

All I can say is Viridian killed this place and they’re the ones out of business! It doesn’t make any sense! We didn’t need a Starbucks! We had a wonderful coffee house with superb customer service. The service here is so horrible! They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them! The frapp I ordered was undrinkable and I took it back just to get another one just like it! Why did they even remake it if they planned to duplicate the one I was returning that was undrinkable? It wasn’t even icy. I don’t understand how a drink can completely melt before you even get it! Moreover, it was awful and completely made wrong! I don’t know what they’ve done to their product, but this is my third attempt at trying this place and it has been horrible every single time and so has the service. Nothing like the Starbucks that I remember!. Missing Viridian every day!! I will never come back here!
