I ordered a pizza tonight and it arrived wrong. I ordered online for half cheese half pepperoni and olives. When the order arrived, it was half pepperoni, half olives. I called and they offered to send another. The manager was super kind and wanted to make it better. I realized just now that the pizza box says half 1 pepperoni half 2 olives. This is no wrong of Papa John’s, but the ordering system. 10/10 order from here not Dominos.

I went to pick up pizza today with my baby. I was holding him and picking up 4 pizzas and wondering how I was going to get everything back to the car. Without asking, the lovely man working took the boxes and began walking them out. It was such a lovely gesture, and while small was so incredibly helpful to me.

After tasting a Papa John’s with my go to pineapple and jalapeños, my number one is……

I like Papa John’s dough better!!!!!!!!!!! But @pizzahut takes the cake for sauce, cheese, TOPPINGS and over all taste.
Papa John’s, the first word out of my mouth made me sound like Gordon Ramsey… bland!!!!! It was so flat. I had to add garlic powder and red chili flakes PLUS the garlic butter to be satisfied with a taste. And the amount of toppings on this was pathetic. The dough was better after thinking it over. Pizza Hut’s dough after tasting this was almost TOO buttery and sweet. I like a more baked taste, not a sweetness to it.
So if I can have Papa John’s crust on a Pizza Hut pizza, I’d be thrilled.
I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat this again.
Fun experience though.
The staff was beyond friendly, especially for working on Christmas. Thank you for being open to feed the folks without family near!!!

Ordered a stuffed crust. Apparently 2 toppings is too much for a stuffed crust and it was extremely floppy and all the toppings and sauce fell off.
We were told “every papa John’s pizza is like that” but the manager. We were also told “stuffed crust pizzas are thinner because it’s a stretched out large and so extra toppings cause it to fall off”.
We inquired why this isn’t advertised or notated so people can avoid the stuffed crust or more than 2 toppings and was cut off and told “We will put it in the next advertisement, we’ll start advertising it”
So incredibly rude to someone just calling to ask if floppy soggy wet under cooked pizza is normal just to be told all papa John’s pizzas are made like that, they will start advertising the pizza as floppy, and then to top it off said there was no corporate number for papa John’s.
You better hope you order when they are in a good mood and hope you are lucky enough for your order to
A) Be right (HUGE ASK AT THIS LOCATION)
B) Be of reasonably edible quality (Rare)
And if either condition isn’t met the manager will tell you to screw yourself.
