Located inside the Columbia Gorge Outlets, this Subway was the only restaurant in the food court. It was empty during the time of visit on a weekend. The 2 guys at the counter were courteous and one of them even came to our table proactively to offer us plastic cutlery noticing that we wanted to slice the footlong into halves. The sandwiches were well made, no reason to complain

THE BEST SUBWAY WORKERS EVER. I went in around 6.99pm and there was a line out the door, I saw only a young scrawny boy by the name of Thomas behind the counter, his hands were moving fast as the wind blows, he was whipping up 5, 6 even 7 sandwiches at a time, flying thro customers so fast. I got in and out within 10 minutes with a line out the door. THANK YOU THOMAS!

Those people are very lazy when I say very lazy is because they are they try to be organize but not repeat my orders like robot when they ask but still make alot mistakes I know some times is hard or deal with costumers because use to work in fast food and there’s always no enough people but now is an excuse or blame to covid this location should close until they have a good training people to work also when they see a lot people they don’t want to serve or make big orders

Lazy workers hide in the back and don’t want to serve customers. I came in today and couldn’t order because no one would come out of the back to serve me. Eventually I just gave up and left. No wonder the restaurant is empty.

Unfortunately I have to say I’m not very happy with this Subway. When I arrived there was one person ahead of me. There was also only 1 person working the store. He was answering phones and the only 1 making the sandwiches. And if that wasn’t enough he put 6 trays of bread before acknowledging me. I even went to the restroom because he was taking so long and when I came back it still took another 20 minutes for me to get to order my sandwich.

Food was as expected. Service was not so good. As we waited in line employee helped one customer and walked to the rear of the restaurant. Waited for several minutes, had to ring bell for service. When employee returned stated “Oh did you want a sandwich ” as if she didn’t realize that was the reason we were standing there.
