We put an online order in and waited in the parking lot before going in. When we entered the building, the app said our sandwiches were done. They weren’t. The one employee has not even started the sandwiches. Either the app doesn’t work right or the store is trying to inflate their speed time. After the app said our order was done, it still took a solid 15 minutes for us to get our sandwiches and there was only one person in front of us. A second employee joined the line way later in our wait and didn’t seem hurried to help move the orders along.

4th of July, walked in to our local Subway with a line of customers 6 deep. Michael, the sole employee, early 20’s I’m guessin, calmly, patiently, cheerfully making sandwich’s not just for walk up customers but doing online orders too. He’d opened the doors this morning, and had another employee shift beginning at 3 pm. All on his lonesome and handling his situation with such poise and professionalism that I cannot go without sharing my experience with everyone. I asked him where his manager was and he simply said, I’m the manager. His stand up customer skills were certainly recognized by all of us who were there. Perhaps corporate might want to take some notice as well. I’ll be back.

I even called to see if they were making sandwiches. Took 2 hrs and 7 treies before anyone picked up the phone. Drove right down there. “Half hour drive” stood in line for about 15 mins. Only one person in front of me. Neither him in front of me or I was even acknowledged we were a living breathing person. Time before that I ordered and prepaid. They sent me to Walart. Walmart sent me back. Never got my food. I would fire Everyone on that evening crew if I was managing. So long subway st helens

Simply put – the quality at the St Helens Subway has been increasingly bad over the last few years. As far as we can tell, they are constantly out of a LOT of options/ingredients (today, they had ONLY wheat bread, for example), and the service almost couldn’t possibly be slower. The employees are nice, and I actually often feel awful for them; so many of the problems are clearly not their fault (though there were a few online orders that were super far behind, causing one waiting customer to start yelling and threatening to call the owner). Sure, things were extra busy today, but these are issues each and every single time we go anymore, and unfortunately, our visits have become much more infrequent. I genuinely hope things improve here again because we miss the quality and consistency that Subway used to have.

Maybe get some employees, asking to wait 45 minutes for a sub is not realistic, tell your employee to stop flirting with his trainee and maybe they would get something done. On top of that, it’s busy and then you tell your helper to go take lunch so now we all get to wait longer. Yeah awesome good job guys. Idiots.

I recently visited this Subway store and was impressed by the excellent customer service provided by an employee named Sam. She was incredibly friendly, positive, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my order. I was blown away by her upbeat attitude and will be returning to the store because of her fantastic customer service. Thank you, Sam, for making my visit a memorable one!

I ordered a spicy Italian and they gave me a sub loaded with bacon, then refused a refund unless I drive back to the store. It’s the second time in two weeks they got my order wrong. Every restaurant in Saint Helens OR had screwed me. I’m done. Goodbye
