This used to be the best subway to go to but now it’s just plain shit. I recently ordered online and I asked for more cranberry sauce on my sandwich and when my husband got home with our order you could see the sauce saturating the paper. I opened to find my sandwich looking like a cranberry sauce massacre. When I called as well the person who answered did not care at all. I even told him that I couldn’t even eat the sandwich and instead of offering to make things right he just said “sorry hope you have a better night”.

Tyler was there alone tonight, and he was absolutely crushing it! He greeted everyone that came in and stayed positive handling the lobby, drive through, and online orders. I’m not sure why no one else was there to help him but he shined! Thank you Tyler!

I ordered my food on line, the app had told me it was ready when i got there it wasn’t and they had messed up my entire order. My sandwich was supposed to be a 6 inch and i got a foot long, it was supposed to have bacon and banana peppers, along with avocado, it had none. my sandwich was poorly put together and was not toasted. I called in order to ask for a refund and was told they couldn’t help me. I’m disappointed in this experience and will not be going back.

Went in on a Sunday to grab a quick bite…. 30+ minutes later we finally leave after watching 3 other customers leave without food. Get home to find out one of the workers ungloved fingers went thru the wrapper and into my sandwich while they were bagging it up. Needless to say i won’t be eating a sandwich that was raw dogged.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. My friend and I placed SEPARATE orders online for pick up and they somehow managed to get our toppings mixed up, forget cheese and pepperoni. I understand that there’s literal children working, someone needs to put some effort into training these kids.

The person who checked me out forgot to apply my coupon. When Kiya brought my sandwich to me I explained what happened she immediately offered to void the transaction and run it again with applying the coupon this time. She came back with my original receipt, the receipt showing it had been voided and my new receipt. She was very respectful and courteous! Keep her around Subway and compensate her great customer service, she deserves it!

I asked for a saled instead of a sandwich they charged me extra without letting me know ahead of time, when I let them know I didnt receive a fork they told me they didnt have any, I handed back my order and left it wasn’t worth my time to ask for a refund.

Seriously the worst location you could possibly go to. They hire a bunch of kids who like to screw around instead of doing their job. Had to sit in the drive through along with other cars for 20 min before I decided to park and go inside where they were jumping around and playing with their friends. Got my food. Kept hearing the drive through ding go off and when I brought it to their attention they said oh it’s broken. No it’s not.
This isn’t the first time. Went back a week later same situation. This time my app said the food was done I waited for 20 min in the drive through. Called the store told them we were here and she said ok. Waited another 10 min for her to tell me the food isn’t ready and waited another 15 to get my food . Is this supposed to be fast? Cause in the 45 min to an hour I have to wait I could’ve made dinner. I’d rather go somewhere else. My disabled mother also keeps having this same issue.
Mind you both times. No customers were inside except for their other teenage friends that are more important then their jobs
