Try to order 2 hot pastrami sandwiches and they only had enough for one. So the girl went to the freezer and pulled out a block of meat and proceeded to zap it in the microwave for 5 minutes. WTH I said never mind I will only take one. The owner came from the back and started to just stand behind the counter looking at me like i did something wrong. I watched them scrape what meat they put on the second sandwich and put it back in the container and did the same with the cheese and put the bread back on the rack! I paid $14.26 for one of the worst sandwiches ever. Do better

Very friendly staff. Kept very clean and tidy inside as well. Despite living in yuba city, I make the drive to this location specifically because they never mess up my sandwich. I will continue getting my spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese from here forever.

I would definitely recommend going to this location. The 1 closer to my home hardly ever has enough of anything stocked. This location has always had everything need for many sandwiches no matter the type or size in stock. Staff is friendly. Place is kept clean. Never have to deal with long lines. Pretty quick service seeing as they are usually right on top of it all. In a house with a lot of kids & people so definitely takes a bit to order so usually do so online by time reach this location the whole order is waiting for us. Which doesn’t take long.

Extremely disappointed and frustrated with this location and manager. I placed online order and called them 3 mins later to cancel. Traffic was absolutely terrible and construction makes it near impossible to access store. Crystal the “manager” was rude and was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I was unable to pull into parking because of construction and traffic and did not want to cause accident. I called under 5 mins of placing order and she refused to refund me my money. Crystal stated that because she already made it and she called the owner and owner said she couldn’t afford to refund me my money. I was on limited time for lunch and Crystal said I could come back and get soggy sandwiches later. Crystal started raising her voice at me and said she would not give me refund. I have already taken action and contacted corporate. Very disappointed.

I actually worked at this location (the one in Live Oak, CA). It was very brief, but I do have a very disturbing story to tell. Once when I dropped a plastic knife, I tried to throw it away and get a new one, the manager told me to just rinse it off).

Place was clean but the service was bad. The greens weren’t fresh. And the sandwiches wer made very sloppy. Don’t think I’ll be going back to that subway and don’t think I would recommend any one go there as well.

I ordered online and drove farther than my closest Subway because online it said they offered curbside pick up. After being in the parking lot 10 minutes I called them only for them to tell me my sandwich had been ready but they no longer offer curbside pick up. I felt like it could have been handled differently. They need to update their website. The food was good though.

I always come here for lunch after work. I order over the mobile app. Quick service and clean place. It does get warm inside no matter what season. I always notice truck drivers stop by to get sandwich and there is enough parking space in the back. They also have enough seats inside.
