This place needs to retrain their employees. The vegetables age frozen and rotting, and they need to throw that out when it goes bad. I ate a cold egg sandwich the other day and I avoided half of the veggies because they were spoiled.

I previously ordered a cold cut trio with meat, olives, pickles, and pepperoncini, and had been a regular customer due to the friendly service, particularly from the Asian lady. However, my last order was not satisfactory, and I politely informed her of the issue, explaining that I was willing to pay more for the meat. I was surprised by her reaction, as she became defensive and rude, stating that she would refuse service to anyone and offering to review the security footage to investigate the matter. She kept repeating and stating she can and will refuse service to anyone. I just informed the young woman who was making the sandwich I was ordering to cancel it. It was really weird because the Asian lady was raising her voice becoming louder with a statement of refusal of service. Shame, just wanted a sandwich with extra meat that I was willing to pay for, somehow she turned it into a hostile customer service. This was a great place to come, the Asian lady was always friendly with service. I won’t be back. I don’t know how this turned ugly but she managed to make it that way.

first time coming to this location and ladys were rude from the jump. they didnt recieve my order but i ahd places it 20 minutes pior to picking up and were very condescending asking if it was under a different name or location or when i asked for a refund.

Apparently they can’t afford to staff more than one person at a time. Poor girl was working her butt off. I also assume running the air conditioning is too expensive as it was about 80* in side. We took turns standing in line while we waited our turn with the one person serving 6 customers buying 9 sandwiches. We would rotate outside where there was a breeze. I thought the wife was gonna pass out

I ordered a Foot long ham & egg breakfast sandwich this morning and the lady start with taking two eggs and cutting them in half to spread over the foot long bread. I said “are you kidding me” and she looked at me like I should tell her what else I want on my sandwich. I said never mind and walked out. Each foot long gets (4) eggs. this franchise clearly is skimping on products and not adhering to standards set by corporate to try to improve their profit margins. I then went to the location in town center plaza and they made my sandwich right.

This is by far one of the best subways in Sacramento especially west sac the service is wonderful the atmosphere is great and just overall those ladies were wonderful considerate and passion people 10/10 service if you’re looking to eat a sub from subway in west sac go to this one they truly care about the customer
