Subway’s been around for a long time now. In the beginning, I bought their sandwiches often, and enjoyed them. Over the years, they’ve gone downhill. I stopped eating at Subway, there were much better choices elsewhere.

Service was polite, resteraunt seemed clean, sprite was out, but got rasberry iced tea instead, not a horrible option! My husband’s sandwich was supposedly great, but I ordered and payed for double meat on a spicey italian. I only got the regular amount of meat, plus the bread was so dry it was like eating a Crouton. It was so hard on top… :/ I only came here because I needed to do an amazon return at kohl’s. I will continue to order from my favorite subway on cirby and sunrise.

The people who work here are nice enough. Basic subway sandwich like I’ve gotten at any other subway. Lettuce doesn’t always look the freshest. My biggest complaint is that it says open at 8:30 but every time I’ve come before work right at 830 someone is either just getting there to open up or not even there yet. 830 turns more into 845 or kater once they are actually done setting up. Wish they would get there a little before they open so they can actually be set up to go at 830!

Never had a bad experience at a Subway, and the new subs are pretty good and a nice change. Unfortunately, several Subways refuse coupons, so there are only a few I go to. I wouldn’t mind so much, except they were always nasty about it, to the point of avoiding the store and driving a. Couple miles further, or go to the Drive through Weinersciitzel, a dirt cheap hotdog and shakes place, with awesome prices for dirt cheap food. Plus, if you tell them to overcook the fries they do it no problem; I’ve never had a bad meal eating in or drive through.

I come here pretty often since I’ve lived around the corner several years, and in all of that time I have only ever had VERY minor issues. Like: They cut the one sandwich in half out of multiple that didn’t want to be cut. Not a big deal. And a gal who was brand new who added oil/vinegar to both sandwiches when only one wanted it along with the salt and pepper on both. Easy mistake! The one other time it made a difference (i.e; misheard and put the wrong sauce that I really don’t like), they happily tossed it and remade it right away. That’s it! Imagine going to the same fast food for 4 years regularly and only experiencing 3 minor problems the whole time. That’s impressive to me. The owner is a charming woman with a beautiful voice who is very outgoing and friendly, she always is quick to reassure about how strictly she manages quality anytime anyone asks. The place is almost always spotless, the one time I noticed any dishevelment was during a long rush where they were clearly reorganizing the lobby and couldn’t finish right away. The staff have always been very nice, they manage big lines and rushes pretty well with some speedy sandwich making that doesn’t skimp out like some other subways. I’ve never seen any questionable produce or cheeses, not even once, and their bread is always soft. My ONLY other possible complaint is that maybe half of the time one of the cookie types will be sold out – Usually the seasonal ones. The food is classic subway fare, if you like the sandwiches (I love them) then you’ll enjoy here. Great spot!

This place is horrible, they do not honor or accept Subway coupons at all. They refuse to turn on AC due to cost even when it’s triple digits outside. During my order a man that was obviously in need and dehydrated walked in to fill his cup with water and the owner who was just sitting at a table in the lobby started yelling at him and told him he cannot get any water and threw him out. It’s disgusting to see a franchised corporation like subway to refuse to pay for their customer’s and employees health and welfare just to save a few dollars then to top it off would rather have another person in need suffer and possibly die from dehydration then allow such a person in her facility. WOW!! I will never give this place any business again and quit possibly Subway in general for allowing a franchise owner to treat others that way while promoting their Logo!!
