I’m a little mad about the $15 for a sandwich thing. But that’s not the fault of the workers or this specific location. The guy made mine and my gf’s sandwiches with love. And laughed at our very unfunny jokes. 10/10, 5 stars, would join their polycule.

If I could give zero stars I would. Yesterday I placed a mobile order on the app and something went wrong on the store locations end to which they never got the order. The girl told me by tomorrow I’d get a refund which was not the case. Today at 3:15 I visited the location and asked for a refund because the charges were never dropped and the man who was there said he had the power to refund but he wasn’t going to do that for me because he didn’t have proof even though the female employee who has been trying to help me said yeah your order never went through and I have my receipts. I come here ALL the time and it’s a bad business model when you’re not willing to give me my money back $26 versus the hundred and hundreds I spend every year. Subway took my money for zero product and services received. I’m filing a chargeback with my bank and I will never come here again.

Every review on DoorDash said that they made their sandwich wrong or gave them the completely wrong order. I was shocked, and I guess I shouldn’t have been to spend $20 on a veggie patty foot long with all the extras and get home and find the wrong bread filled with nothing but mayo(which I didn’t order) and spinach(also didn’t order) no veggie patty, no cheese. Then they won’t even answer the phone. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

My kids love Subway. We chose to go to this one for the first time (by the dollar store) yesterday. After waiting in line for our turn, the younger guy working was super rude, never greeted us, and simply said with a scowl on his face, “What do you want.”
He seemed miserable and like he didn’t want any of us to be there. The two ladies were also uninviting, although the lady at the check stand tried to give me a smile and tried to be kind eventually. We weren’t bad customers or anything, my kids were well behaved and were trying to order kindly (although I had to remind them to speak up so the worker’s could hear).
I think as a customer, we would hopefully be greeted with a little kindness for coming and purchasing a sandwich from your business, but after being met with such rude and unwelcoming attitudes from staff, I think I would rather take my business elsewhere in the future. With the rising cost of everything, the money we earn and have to spend for a special moment out as a family, I would prefer not to be treated like a horrible inconvenience and irritation.
Subway, please don’t treat your customers as the bane of your existence. It is not a crazy thing to ask for some basic customer service, like kindness. My guess is the staff are not treated well (by new management), but it is still not an excuse to be terrible to customers.
I would have sent this privately to the manager, but I can’t figure out how to do that, so a poor Google review it is.

Just went in. It was busy. I saw the employee answer her phone, saying it was the manager and that she had to answer it, she answered the phone with her glove on, then immediately after getting off the phone used that same gloved hand to continue: no glove change happened before handling food again. This is not a food safe practice, and as a result, I don’t feel comfortable eating here. I walked out as soon as I saw this happen.
