Waited 30 minutes for an order placed on the app. Had to bring it to the workers attention. Took another 10 minutes after that. Then when he “handed” it to us. He placed it on the counter not making eye contact or even acknowledging us. Served about 10 people who came in after us.

The worst Subway I ever visited, they didn’t make my online order because the rude guy said their oven was broken, when I displayed my disappointment, the guy started yelling at me for being difficult. Do yourself a favor and a avoid this store like the plague. The guy that didn’t help me doesn’t belong there, he has a really bad attitude and can’t work with public.

I ordered on line and picked up in store 83 am in a Tuesday morning, j accidently chose t his site my mistake. The did t pay attention to the order messed up both my sandwiches 3 different ways. They didn’t give me a recipe.Then to serve me they don’t answer the phone at t his subway and couldn leave s massags the voice mail was full. So couldn’t even conplain,, yet properly and give them a chance to redeemed them selbe.

Every review on DoorDash said that they made their sandwich wrong or gave them the completely wrong order. I was shocked, and I guess I shouldn’t have been to spend $20 on a veggie patty foot long with all the extras and get home and find the wrong bread filled with nothing but mayo(which I didn’t order) and spinach(also didn’t order) no veggie patty, no cheese. Then they won’t even answer the phone. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Ordered sandwiches online, payment approved, 10 minutes before scheduled pick up time order was canceled. Called the store to ask why twice with no answer from the store. I walked in and saw it was busy. I assume they canceled my order and didn’t answer the phones because they were busy. I placed an order at the 4th street location with the same card after the Harris location canceled my order. Horrible service at Harris location. Do not go.

Little petite girl behind the counter is very rude and lacked customer service satisfaction. Funny thing is this is the second time. First time I came she was rude when doors were locked and store was supposed to be open already and looked at me as an inconvenience I let that slide being that maybe she was having a bad morning and then her attitude just got worse as I was trying to read the list of what they were out of so I can know what not to say and she made it very clear in her demeanor I was obviously inconveniencing her. I ended up telling her it’s ok thank you and walked out. So now I come back a week later and still same attitude mannnnnn. I will not be coming back she has ruined the experience for me. I’m better off making my own sandwich at home. Rude rude rude if I could give no starts I would but they get one star cause this time I noticed they did have everything in minus only one portion of steak according to the little dude heffer!!
