THEYRE TRYING TO KILL YOU, THEY DONT CLEAN *ANYTHING*
He seemed miserable and like he didn’t want any of us to be there. The two ladies were also uninviting, although the lady at the check stand tried to give me a smile and tried to be kind eventually. We weren’t bad customers or anything, my kids were well behaved and were trying to order kindly (although I had to remind them to speak up so the worker’s could hear).
I think as a customer, we would hopefully be greeted with a little kindness for coming and purchasing a sandwich from your business, but after being met with such rude and unwelcoming attitudes from staff, I think I would rather take my business elsewhere in the future. With the rising cost of everything, the money we earn and have to spend for a special moment out as a family, I would prefer not to be treated like a horrible inconvenience and irritation.
Subway, please don’t treat your customers as the bane of your existence. It is not a crazy thing to ask for some basic customer service, like kindness. My guess is the staff are not treated well (by new management), but it is still not an excuse to be terrible to customers.
I would have sent this privately to the manager, but I can’t figure out how to do that, so a poor Google review it is.
