Their menu says you can build your own. So why couldn’t I order a #10 with roast beef instead of ham? Instead she just doubled the turkey and said she couldn’t do that. Why have the build your own menu then? That doesn’t make sense. We should be able to order what we want. Anyway….I don’t come to this one that often at all.

We brought a footlong sandwich there. A lady named Diana is really rude. I took one cup from the check out desk and filled with water, that time no one at the register, then Diana came out she told me I need to pay $2.49 since that cup is not for the water, I told her there is no sign told customer it is not the cup for the water so I left the cup filled with water there. she insisted I need to pay $2.49 even I didn’t take the cup. My friend asked her to give us the cup for the water, she said they don’t have cups, just notice the cup is right behind her. We pointed inside the counter, then she gave it to us. I don’t understand why they put cup for the water inside the counter, and put the cup for the soda at the counter near the register to confuse customers. They tried to trick customers so they can ask you pay $2.49 in case you take that cup. She is so rude, treats customers very badly . I told her I am going to talk to store manager, she yelled at me saying she doesn’t care. Don’t recommend to go to this store.

service here is really bad. I visited this store today at around 4pm. The lady working here is extremely rude with the way she talks and prepares the food and hands over the food. When asked for the managers number she gave the store number instead and told us the wrong name.

Busy on a saturday night. Go figure, right? Except there was only one worker there of my entire time there in that long line. Its common for these businesses to only have skeleton crews to save money.

I went in to get a custom veggie sandwich. I repeatedly told the helper that I did not want a veggie delight sandwich and they wouldn’t accept my order. I have been to other subways and no one has declined a custom sandwich. Apart from that, both the helpers didn’t understand English which made it hard to communicate.
