Super upset. Ordered on the subway app. Arrived and they are closed. Open sign is on. Hours on the door says open and apparently they’ve stolen my money.
Update: it’s been over a week. I’ve called x3 and spoke to someone.
1st person the next day put me on hold and called the manager and the manager said it would be refunded.
2nd person on Thursday the 4th took my name and number and said they would have a manager call me back about it
3rd person I had to call back today Sunday the 7th bc no manager called and no refund and they again took my name and number for the manager but no refund and no call back.

Update: I’d say it’s bigger than most subways I’ve been into. There are a few tables inside and one outside. The food is always great. When I’m feeling like a sandwich my go to place is Subway. This place is hit or miss on customer service. There are times that they are quick and there are times when it seems like there’s No customers and yet they are slow.
The price is pretty standard with all Subways. Nothing really to highlight except for I really like their breakfast sandwiches. The store is clean and staff can be more friendly.

This subway is in a shopping center on Main Street in Oakley. There is a private parking lot and sometimes get busy. This Subway is clean and the staff are friendly. The girls that work here always have a smile on their faces.
The food is obviously fresh and haven’t disappointed at all. I love subway cookies!!! They’re my all time favorite!!!

I got the same amount of food on a foot long as the 6 inch. I will keep going to my favorite on Lone tree by Best Buy and avoid the Oakley one. Good note there wasn’t a line on the one in Oakley though. Wonder why!

It was about 9:18pm and Let me just say I know the girl was kind of irritated by my requests of her to make my sandwich. Which it did defy the Subway standard. Hey she did exactly what I asked of her. Turned out to be The Best Subway Sandwich I have Ever Had. Very Clean. . Thank you!

Employees at Subway are so freaking rude. My whole experience there was horrible I will never go there ever again! They we’re so rude to me and my family. I have two little kids a 6 & 2 year old that are more respectful than them. They should not be like that in front of kids! bunch of disrespectful employees that work there! F you subway!!!!!!!
