I saw their van driver on the road today, driving very aggressively in the snow, tailgating the car in front of them and driving with extreme road rage in snowy conditions. Honestly I’m hesitant giving my money to this establishment after watching this.

My significant other and I just left this location in Whitefish and unfortunately (because we have been regulars at MCT coffee) we will not be coming back. The staff had horrible customer service. They were almost non-responsive during our interactions and when they did respond they collectively did so with a pompous and annoyed attitude. Don’t hire people nor work in customer service if you don’t enjoy serving customers and think you are above doing so. We also go to the Kalispell branch very often they are always kind. As a business owner myself I believe employees and your company culture dictate the impression that is left on your customer, Whitefish MCT employees today failed 12/05/24 approx 11:30AM

Delicious local coffee and really welcoming vibes from this place. A little hard to notice straight off the highway (we almost missed the turn) but well worth the stop. The shop also has a lot of souvenirs and interesting coffee pots, cups, and gadgets to check out while you enjoy your brew.

Visited a while back and continued to enjoy the coffee for some time afterward because they ship to Canada. Great little shop for coffee and teas or just to spend some time browsing. I prefer a rich dark coffee so I would recommend the Grizzly Blend or the Breakfast Blend. Enjoy.

Got to love this roaster! I live in Washington now but still make time to stop in and buy some beans. Here at the roaster you can sniff your way through containers of beans to find that exact one you want. You can avoid blends and focus on one special variety. Unless you want a blend, then you have dozens to choose from. The beans are kept in nice sealed containers to prevent out gassing! Worth every penny!

We travel all the way from Calgary Alberta to buy coffee beans from this place. We have done a coffee cupping tour and a tour of the roastery, both experiences were awesome! And by the way, best coffee anywhere! Great service too.
