The restaurant was steadily busy during my visit. Kenny did an excellent job making sure the experience was exceptional! From helping to place my order, to keeping my drink topped up, and beyond I’m glad I chose McAlister’s for my Saturday lunchtime. The food was super fresh and had the perfect balance of toppings and flavor.

Parking was confusing. All the up front spaces are for handicapped and what looks like spaces across from that are not clearly marked or large enough to park correctly. The parking guidelines need repainted to be clearer as to where to park. Once I figured it out, I realized there was plenty of parking just difficult to navigate.
The food was good. Lots of choices. I opted for the choose 2 for a half sandwich and half soup. McAlister’s club and broccoli cheddar-yum!
The service was great if a bit overwhelming due to the staff talking over us when we tried explaining what we were looking for and checking on us multiple times. Not to complain about that but it was just too much. It was very slow during our time there around 4:30 pm on a Saturday so maybe this contributed to the staff being overly attentive.
The floors were not clean under the booths even though there were no customers there. The women’s restroom was clean however there is a sink and towel dispenser in the large stall but the towels were empty so I had to touch everything with wet hands to get out to the towels. The music was kind of loud but not unmanageable and they were playing popular appropriate artists.
Other than that it was a pleasant experience and the staff were very friendly.

The Savannah Crop salad was fresh and delicious. Couldn’t eat it all. Hubby finished his Southwest salad. I didn’t have to ask how good that one was. Those strokes told the story.

The manager Kenny opened the door for us and gave us a warm welcome. He was very patient and kind. He gave us recommendations then gave us time to make our decision. To top off the wonderful experience he gave us extra pickles and two free delicious cookies. The chefs Jeff and Adam made us hearty, delicious sandwiches. What a special treat after a busy day of travel Highly recommended this McAlister’s Deli!!

I work in athletics and we placed a big order of 22 individual meals- we had everything come accurate and on time: food was hot when we picked it up to go. Everything was labeled and we were able to get on the road and get moving super quickly which is important for us. I would recommend this for anyone ordering for large groups or even going in and eating on your own. Staff was super great to work with!

Our meals were very good and a great value for the quantity. The waitstaff was so nice, incredibly efficient and checked on us. Kenny was exceptional! He was Very friendly and made sure we had refills to go. He gave us great information about the dill pickle lemonade. Great evening after a long day of flying.
