Very rude service, the two ladies working should be fired as they will definitely lose business for the owner is they already haven’t. I’ve been to lots of places and I don’t complain, they were rude about any question, anything u ask and even during payment time. They are Hispanic rudest ladies ever.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Very rude and horrible customer service. A guy in evening was very rude. He placed 3 slices of cheese and when I asked extra, he just threw it on the bread rather than arranging properly. And then charged me 3$ for 3 extra slices of cheese. Never had this kind of experience in any other location. Owner should close this location rather than keeping this kind of rude employees who can not even give respect to their customers!!!!

All the 1 stars are true just experienced this myself tried to buy a footlong the guy put 3 paper thin slice across my bread and I asked him to put more meat(the normal amount that he’s supposed to put) and he charged me extra I asked for bacon and instead of putting it on the pan in the oven he threw it on my sandwich halfway raw and tried to charge me 23 for the sandwich on top of his attitude and being on the phone instead of paying attention to his job…

My friend and I went for dine in and they don’t have any trays or baskets for your food. I had ordered a sandwich to go as well, and I asked for it toasted and they didn’t toast it. When I asked for them to remake it the lady refused and took my sub and toasted it with all the vegetables inside. The lady is not friendly and therefore I will not return to this location.

AVOID GOING HERE. HIGH RISK OF GETTING SICK FROM FOOD. I was not able to catch his name, but there was a tall Indian guy serving me and he hands down has the worse customer service I have ever seen. These guys are so incapable of holding down a simple job. I asked for a salad and he went into the back room to get a dusty dirty looking tossing bowl, tossed whatever he wanted into the bowl without even asking if i was okay with it. I asked for avocado and he didn’t have the slightest care to even take out the outer skin, leaving my salad with chunks of the outer skin. Besides his horrible serving service, he would not stop talking bad about the customers to his co-workers WHILE there are customers in the store. Save your money and avoid going here at all cost.

i ordered online through the subway website. they had 20 minutes to make my order so it was ready upon arrival. when i walked in, nobody was at the counter or familiar with my pickup order. so, nothing had been made. the food i received was all wrong. out of 1 sandwich and 3 salads (which were all the same), none of them were made correctly. no chicken on the salads, wrong veggies and bread on the sandwich, way too much oil on everything…. i don’t have high expectations for subway and yet i still am disappointed
