Absolutely horrible service, or lack thereof I should say. I walked in and it appeared the lone woman was busy making to-go orders so she didn’t even look up or acknowledge my presence. I scanned the menu and made a decision but decided to use the restroom to let her finish up the sandwiches she was making. Apparently that got her attention and she screamed at me, yelling the restroom was “for employees only.” I looked at the public facing door and signage so it was obviously a decision made by her (it looked like she owed this shop) for whatever reason. After being verbally assaulted I walked out. Horrible treatment to customers, especially since the restroom was clearly designed to be used by customers.

So I just walked out because it was so gross, after expressing twice that the lettuce was really gross & it needed to be removed the lady just stirred it up & is preparing to serve it.

Sucks when they put everything away 20 minutes earlier than they are supposed, and leave the open sign on.
