What ever happened to “The customer is always right?” I stopped buy to pick up 2 – 6″ subs on my way home. First of all, the person who helped me asked me at least 3 times for each sandwich, “what do you want?” “Do you want it toasted?” “do you want cheese?” “What else do you want on your sandwich?” I knew she could speak English, but she was not getting my answers. The food looked ok, except for the spinach, which looked mangled. I asked about it and she said “that’s the way it came in today.” When I got to the cash register, I gave a coupon to the owner (?), and he wouldn’t accept it. Said I had already used it. I told him it was new, and I just cut it out of the paper, and he called me a liar. I have never been treated like this by a vendor. He kept shoving the coupon back into my bag. I finally threw it on the floor behind the counter. Then he started forcing me to take the receipt, and I refused it. . . He was extremely rude. I threw the receipt back at him and left. I have never seen this team working in this location before. Not sure if he just bought the place, or if someone hired the whole family. Don’t go there if you have a coupon, or would like to be treated like a customer. As a business owner myself, I can not understand this show of rudeness!!!

We ordered 2 footlongs for delivery. Both of which were made wrong. Sandwich 1 has zero condiments and no jalapeños, all were requested. Sandwich 2 was requested to have extra banana peppers and it had zero.

I’ve been to this Subway location a couple times when in the area at the Best Western a block away. Today an older woman was working and she had my sandwich ready when I arrived after ordering on the app. It was 11am, but no other customers present on a Saturday. Last time an Indian girl made my order, but she seemed really stern. Only reason I don’t rate five stars is because this location does NOT participate in any app deals or coupons whatsoever. Seems to be typical though of most Subway locations I visit throughout California.

I guess everyone is right on. Man that young Indian girl with ear pods .. she is not listening at all and messing up orders. Man wondering if the owner of that place is looking at these reviews. The older Hispanic lady is awesome and she should be in charge and send the other one back to training.

Very rude and unprofessional staff specially the younger female server because there’s only 2 of them. This is the second time she’s been so rude and throws a tantrum when I ordered more. She’s always on her phone (AirPod on her ear) and makes mistakes on your order. Never going back to that location. Host order ID 67366306993302470 quit that job if you hate it. There’s a lot of jobless people out there who would love to take your place. Don’t you know that you need to work to get paid not to be chatting on your cell. You are so rude I hope you meet someone more rude than yourself. Grow up!!! I’d like to put negative 5 stars. Subway owner, if that’s your daughter please fire her!

I give it the one 1 because of the good service the guy making my sandwich but that’s only reason I even gave then a star. I came in with a question about the “subway app” and the lady behind the counter just gave me an attitude and told me that “we have nothing to do with the app”. I would’ve been understanding but the attitude that she told me that with was like “WOW”. I let go but I don’t believe I will be going back to that location…

Me & my co- worker’s whenever we want subway for lunch we always go to this place because it is closer to our workplace,this particular girl always have some bad attitude,very rude but we just let it go everytime,not until today she really went overboard!!she-did descriminate me with the way I speak English & to think that she’s an Asian like me,she even added that how am I gonna be able to communicate with the kind of work I do, you know how hard it is to speak with the mask on right now she got upset cuz she doesn’t understand well with the way I’m putting my order ,me & my co worker was so upset we left without taking the sandwiches…besides she’s not even wearing mask while doing the sandwiches..this girl is very very disrespectful & very rude!! She should get fired!!we will never ever go this place again!!

I will never go back to this location ever again this was the second time we have had a problem at this location my wife and I had two valid coupons hers a but a 12 inch and get a 12 inch free but she was told they couldn’t honor that coupon asked why not good at that location so we paid for both my coupon was a buy ANY footling for $5.99 just not good for Pastrami sandwich i asked what ANY meant and just got some double talk..
