DO NOT ORDER FROM SUBWAY!! I had their tuna sandwich 3 days ago and I’ve been in so much pain since. My stomach hurts so bad to the point I almost went to the ER. I constantly feel like I have to throw up and I have diarrhea. I feel so sick. I probably ate processed and fake ingredients. Will never go to any subway again. On top of the food their store was extremely hot. It was already 100 degrees outside. The store had to been 110+

Ok where to start. Besides boxes from shipping sitting out that should be in a back room… for God sakes turn the AC on…made a app order and was told to be there at 110pm…two sandwiches… identical…there was a small line of only 3 people. My boss and I arrive on time. I did not leave with my food until after 130pm and they had helped every single walk in customer and pre ordered customer before me. They didn’t have the herb bread again and since the place was empty instead of watching them go back and forth from the paper to the sandwich I tried to just give them directions quickly and I wanted out of there so badly I almost didn’t care what was on my sandwich. My boss was able to order and eat before I even got my food and was asking me why i made the mistake of ordering and paying ahead.

Placed an order for pickup. I got here a little before the pickup time so I didn’t expect my food to be done. She asked me to havr a seat so I did.There was 1 person working here so I was not pushy to have the food done immediately. There were people ahead of me in the store so I was not worried about those orders being done first. More people came in and she made one of their orders right away and didn’t even start on mine. At which point I stood up so she remembered that I was there and someone else comes in and she STILL made their order before mine. Originally gave this 3 stars but then I got home and saw this slapped together mess. I think she was upset that I asked her to make my food that was already ordered ahead of time, paid for, and already past its scheduled time at this point rather than take the 4 new guests that came in.

I love the food here and It’s super close to me because it’s on the side of the mall , but today and this week is 90° or above, I went inside and it felt as if 110° they said their AC is broken and they don’t want to come and fix it, those poor workers in there are sweating and I felt like I wanted to pass out I can’t imagine how they feel. Please come fix this AC unit subway

I went to Subway specifically for curbside delivery. I made a curse Curdside order On the app. When I got there and parked in front of the restaurant the employee came out to tell me they do not deliver food curtside and then I had to come in. Yet the app says waiting your car and they will bring it to you.

I am writing this review because some of the employees of this subway have not gotten paid their wages for work they have done. Several of the employees have not been paid their wages and a few of them have not been paid since October. I am helping a few of the employees and ex employees file a claim with the hope that they will get paid the wages they are owed. The employees and I have made several attempts and requested their paychecks with no success. These poor people have worked hard and have not gotten paid. Some have stopped working until they get paid and some are still working there because they need a job but have not received their wages they worked for. It is Christmas and some of the employees need their money for food, rent, Christmas gifts. Subway at Sun Valley Mall in Concord, CA

The lady working in there today 11/30/21 around 1:41pm was extremely rude and unwelcoming. They should probably have someone else making the sandwiches & give her a different assignment not working with customers and she kept getting the customer in front of me order wrong. She just wasn’t focused, welcoming or patient at all so I’ll just stick to going to the subway on Pacheco at least they appreciate their customers. First & last thing there.

Do not come here or even use the app. We ordered a meatball sub on the app, they gave us a call back and said they didn’t have it so we said it’s okay just refund us. They said okay… when we went to see the app the sandwich shows as picked up so of course they didn’t refund us and no one picks up the phone. Terrible location.
