The subway guy cared more about talking to his coworker than taking care of the customer… the chicken guy did a good job taking the initiative to help out the subway guy since he wasn’t there, but once he was relieved he kept distracting the subway guy / chatter box instead of taking care of his customer too. Several items were missing so I couldn’t get exactly what I wanted as well as painfully waiting too long .. previous subways I hit along the way actually took care of the customer in a timely and professional manner. Also subway guy needs more training too as he didn’t wrap the sandwich with two papers like all the other subways, my veggie patty wasn’t even warm after I asked for it toasted maybe he forgot to toast it?, and no napkins. Come on man … at least act like you care while you’re with a customer – why am I having to wait for your conversation to get my food as a paying customer

First off, this subway is located inside of a gas station and it can be easy to miss. There was only one employee working and she was not very friendly. I ordered a footlong sub steak and cheese sandwich. I asked for herb and cheese bread because I have had it many times before and really like the flavor of it, unfortunately I was told that they only had white or wheat. This was at 1:30 pm on a Tuesday, it seemed early in the day to be running out of things. While waiting for my sandwich to be toasted I noticed that the area at the register where there should be cups to purchase a drink were not stocked, the cup holders were completely empty therefore I bought a drink from the gas station and not from subway. I ordered the sandwich to have lettuce and tomato on it and olives on half of it. For the sauce I ordered mayonnaise and ranch, however the subway employee seemed perturbed that I asked for two sauces. When I went to pay I was told that they did not accept coupons. This was a huge disappointment that they chose not to honor the subway coupon because if it weren’t for the coupon I would have ate somewhere else. I wish they had a sign up that said they do not take coupons because I have never had a subway not accept a coupon before. I considered buying chips but since the coupon wasn’t being accepted I put them back. When we tried the sandwich it was cold, not like it had been toasted. The produce did not taste as fresh as other subways we have been to and we could not taste the sauces hardly at all. Hindsight, I should have probably asked for extra lettuce and dressings because parts of the bread had nothing on it. I like subway, however I will not be getting food at this particular subway again due to the lack of friendliness of employees and the poor quality of product.

Very bizarre experience. I asked for ft long and she took out a 6 inch bread. I asked for ft long again and she took out another 6 inch bread, placed it next to the other, and started making the sandwich like normal, only pre “cut” instead of cutting it after it’s made. When she was done she picked up one half and placed it on a separate paper than the other one, then wrapped them separately. She placed the stickers on to hold it and said, “I’m charging you for two 6 inches since there’s two stickers!” And then laughed. Two 6 inches is more expensive than a ft long. I wish I had said something but had already had a long hard day and was in shock and confused at the time and just wanted to leave. There was no reason she couldn’t have wrapped it in one wrapper and use one sticker. The normal ft longs are cut in half before wrapping anways. Never coming here again.

I just bought cookies and they were probably 2 days old. Dry, oily and looked sick. They tasted nothing like the awesome subway chocolate chip cookies! Disappointing but happy i didn’t get a sandwich from this location!

Hadn’t been to that location in awhile. Used to be open 24 hours but apparently not anymore. It would have been nice if it had been posted somewhere at the counter. It took awhile to find the employee a young woman who seemed to be bothered by my asking if they were open. This place is inside of a Chevron station and the two male employees reeked of marijuana. I left the premises and have no intention of returning.

Only one person working the counter. She saw the lunch crowd coming at 1110 am and decided to high tail it out for her lunch break. SMH. No sign or anything. Then the lady working for chevron shouts, “Subway closed!” Like we should be able to read minds.

one of best poor experience when i go to this store. i m truck driver i called here 11:30 to ask are you open or closed. but sombody answered me we will be close on 11:50 pm to 12:10 am for shifting, when in reached here 11:41pm they said we are closed. how can you make fool to your customer. if you can’t serve you can say me , why i wasted my precious time
