Subway in Bakersfield is garbage. Both Oak street and this location the sandwiches come out loose and floppy cause they are skimping the meats now. 3x in a row at both locations not just a single one, And they also never make them correct. Today was the last straw for me, they didn’t toast it, had barely any meat when i PAID for double, and it was The Monster. and they loaded it with baja sauce which i put No. I couldn’t eat my sandwich it was soggy cold and disgusting. There is absolutely no quality control not just at this Subway but the other one on Oak. I’m done with Subway. It’s now double the price it used to be, half the portion and no one can do a simple act of making a sandwich properly.

Walk in and young girl Mia helping someone, another person in line with 2 sandwiches. This is lunch time! As I was waiting, the lady ask her u by yourself. She says no! I don’t know why the 2nd person wouldn’t come out and help. I didn’t have anymore time to wait, as I needed to grab lunch and get to work. Upsetting today!
