I like Subway, but the restroom at this location was so gross that we refused to eat here. No one enjoys cleaning toilets, but make it part of everyone’s shift to normalize it. If I were Starbucks (in the same building) or Tesla (chargers in parking lot), I’d have second thoughts about this location.

Make sure they don’t cheat you out of the amount of meat that is supposed to go on your sandwich. The guy working there tried to put half as much meat as supposed to go on my sandwich until I called him out on it, which doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. They could put twice as much as meat on it as they normally do, and still be making a pretty good profit. Also I found the floor and tables in the dining room to be dirty, and with crumbs on them.

The food taste like any other Subway. I don’t recommend using the restrooms. Some one put Mr Hanky in the trash can.

They were out of three types of bread and because of that the sandwich was okay. The place was slightly dirty as well as most of the tables. It was busy but no excuse. Friendly staff though!

Store says they close at 9, yet worker mops, puts up all the chairs, and closes the bathroom at 5. No wet floor signs, twisted my ankle walking in. Not courteous at all.

During a long road trip we decided to stop at the Subway in Buttonwillow. We decided to use the restrooms before placing our food order, and I’m so glad we did. The restrooms were so filthy with overflowing trash cans in all the stalls, urine on the toilet seats and floors, and no paper towels. It was absolutely disgusting and the thought of taking food out of that establishment was extremely unnerving. I would never eat at a place with such filth and unsanitary areas. Who knows how the back of the house is kept. No thank you! Shame on you Subway in Buttonwillow!
