This store is terrible with communication. I ordered $25 worth of cookies to this location by mistake since I work by there and get food for my lunch but live 30 minutes away. I called and called right after I placed the order to cancel and no answer. I kept calling for over 15 minutes and nothing. Just spent $25 for something I’m not going to pick up because it would mean driving 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back for cookies

9/8/23 7pm The worst customer service I have encountered at any subway. Male employee had to be asked 3 times to toast the bun, hostile, unfriendly and almost glaring. Did not fill my partner’s order at all, and when brought to his attention did not apologize or offer to make 2nd order so we left with only one sandwich instead of 2. Will never go back to this particular subway.

My mom ordered online from here, she paid in full and they claimed they never got her order. She spent like 60 dollars on it. The woman working was incredibly rude, when my mom showed the online receipt to that store the woman denied her a refund and asked her to place a new order and pay another 60 dollars. They charged her credit card for an order that the chain didn’t even receive so now we’re down 60 without food thanks subway!!! Never ordering from y’all again!!

Establishment is super clean. Friendly service. Reasonable prices. However when you come in, the place smells literally like a sandwich. Its a shame that they don’t have bathrooms.

Would give 0 stars if I could !!!
As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a “omg don’t order anymore” by a blonde Hispanic lady working at 8:54pm on May 20, 2022, which is extremely unprofessional !!!l I asked for her name and it’s Teresa. She has very long orange acrylic nails too which shouldn’t be allowed in the food industry. I kept the receipt if anyone wants to reach out to me for this extremely bad unprofessional service!

Idiots behind the counter. They tried to charge me sales tax on a cold sandwich. I told them to remove the tax and they made every excuse so I walked out. Do not go there. Barely spoke any English. Too sad. I will never go to Subway again.
