Visalia Mall location. We ordered a burrito bowl with extra meat and tacos, but were really disappointed with how empty the bowl was and how little meat was in the tacos. When we called the store, we were left on hold for 15 minutes and had to call back ourselves. Eventually, they said they could only refund the cost of the extra meat in the bowl. We explained that the tacos also had very little meat, but they still refused to do more. There was no apology or effort to make the situation right. Overall, very disappointing experience.

The lover’s lane spot is just awful I ordered a burrito and the thing was pretty bad. It fell apart in 2 bites. And the paper liner was stuck to tortilla and broke apart. There was next to no meat in it and the asada that was in it was just salt! Omg was it being preserved for the winter?

First time for me. I was excited about this review. I had Al-pastor burrito. It was average flavor. I didn’t hate it or love it. I did have a very large fat chunk. I will still try some other items on menu. The menu has lots of different items. To be fair, it looks like the specialized in things that live in water so that would be why I thought was average. The toppings were good and seems fresh . Very friendly staff

Its in small parking lot sharing space with a grocery market. No option for flour tortillas usually doesnt offend me. But the corn tortillas were so thick, it unfortunetly made it difficulty to enjoy the taste of my taco. Which seemed to be made of mostly carne, admittedly I asked to gold the onions. But it came with them anyway. Sadly I could only justify finishing one of the two.

Tacos San Marcos Catering did a fantastic job at my wedding, I had VERY little time to interact with the teams that did my appetizers and dinner meals BUT the food was AMAZING the apps where AMAZING! They put time into there set ups , I had not one complaint from friends and family. We got nothing but complements and how great they were treated and how the food tasted amazing. I’m not one to leave reviews BUT they deserve every bit of 5 STARS, picking them was the best choice we made price is affordable, the taste is spot on and there kindness was top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

First time traveling from FL. Great customer service yesterday. Best Birria tacos/ramen and chicken quesadillas we have ever had! The watermelon and strawberry limeades drinks was good. We hope we can stop again before heading home! (They have 2 picnic tables next to the food truck )

I purchased 4 items from their food truck at barrel house. My order was not completed and i had to speak up about it. Thru only had 2 employees and both seemed confused about food service. The customer before me asked about ingredients and they did not know what went on that item.
It was not busy, so they should not be this overwhelmed. I would not recommend eating at this food truck if you actually want the food you bought.

While in Visalia and stuck at a hotel without no transportation I found this little gem across the street at an Arco station. As a new normal of gas stations with attached restaurants I was happy to find Tacos San Marcos. I really was planning on another cuisine, but from what I saw of the menu I decided to give them a try. Now I’ve never seen a Birria Ramen before and was intrigued but what I was for sure going to order was the Quesatacos. I like the idea of the melted cheese on the tortilla idea as I have had similar before. So, I ordered the Quesachicken and the Birria Ramen with a side of guac and chips. I began with the Quesachicken as the Birria Ramen was a bit hot. In theory this taco had all the making of one that I would enjoy, but didn’t quite get there for me. I felt with the two tortillas the rest of the ingredients got lost. In addition the Chicken was a bit sparse. If I were to order again I would ask for only one tortilla. As for the Birria Ramen the portion is generous. I wish there were more fresh ingredients along with the ramen which makes it a one hit and done. The Birria liquid had lots of flavor but I had to hunt for the meat which was cooked down to very small bits. If there had been larger chunks of the meat along with the ramen it would be far more enjoyable. The Guacamole was good made primarily of Avocados without fillers like tomatoes but I was taken back by the chips as they were quite brown, however the taste and texture was just fine. Of note the staff, a pleasant and engaging young lady, was one of the best counter staff that I have experienced ever! Good on you girl! Though Tacos San Marcos wasn’t a home run in my book, I’m not saying I won’t try them again. There’s plenty on the menu to please any Mexican food enthusiast and I would definitely give them a shot.

The catering menu offers many different options! We chose to have the option between street tacos and quesatacos. Everyone loved the food and it was more than enough per serving. They even accommodated with two vegetarian plates for no extra cost and my guests really appreciated that. The Frescas were so refreshing! Everything that was left over after the party was neatly packed for us to keep, including the drinks!! I didn’t expect that and it was a very nice surprise! The only thing I would say to improve on is the communication. I had to reach out a few times when I had a question or concern and even with booking. Thank you so much for serving us
