Hands Down the best burger king experience I’ve ever had. I went in to to get a burger for a friend and left with the best trip I’ve ever had. Terry is excellent at knowing how to talk up his menu and knew what I wanted more then I did. Bravo keep it up guys.

The nicest BK I’ve been too, the employees made it top tier. I came in with a massive order, they were very accommodating and when my order took longer than they expected, they gave me a free drink unprompted.

Everyone here is super friendly. I went through the drive thru today and the man at the window was extremely nice. Also the lady with the purple hair was very friendly and outgoing. I didn’t get names but I was having a bad day and their friendliness made me feel a lot better.

Horrible mistake…. I was heading home and saw only 7 cars in drive thru and 0 cars between order screen and window.. big mistake, 52 minutes to get to order screen (got boxed in and couldn’t leave). Lady asked me to wait a minute. 22 minutes later, she came on to take order (0 cars between me and window for over 10 minutes) I ordered a whopper meal and a cola slushy. Slushy machine not running. Placed order and pulled to window. I commented about time and lower money.. she said they made lots money but lobby got busy, so drive thru had to wait…. so drive thru money not as important as lobby.. lobby people could see the rush, drive thru customers had no idea of the hold up…. So, I was boxed in wasting gas for a total of 1hour and 14 minutes, while watching trash being taken out and a man in black stood at back door smoking a cigarette.
I realize they only been open a few days, but they needed better plan……
And never basically shut drive thru down… rope off and run single lane would been better..
So if you go. Use the lobby, it’s more important than drive thru…
On positive note.. the whopper and fries didn’t disappoint. Slushy would have got them another star……..
Im sure they’ll be great in time but tonight was a disaster…..

Horrible service, took forever, can’t stand people who are paid to be rude. Anyway I got about half my halfsies, food was cold and waited 25 minutes after putting in an order online. Do better

First order I have ever purchased from this store since it opened and they screwed it up. To preface this review I parked in their parking lot to eat my food so that means the food was 30 seconds old and as such it should have been hot and fresh. Burger was lukewarm and bacon was soggy, fries were crispy but also lukewarm, no bbq sauce for the nuggets, and they almost let me go without paying. The little dude at the window said, “If I was you I would have just drove away! Hahaha!” I’m sure you would have kid, but I’m not a thief or a liar. Management better get their people in line or this BK is gonna go the same way as the last one that was in Cottonwood. I can tell you 100% that I won’t be back.

I’ve gone and totally of 5 times hoping maybe I got them on a bad and next trip would be better. Fries are always cold, overseasoned, and taste bitter. Kids nuggets are overcooked, dark and bitter. The spicy chicken sandwich is dripping in old dirty frying oil and tastes horrible. The only positive experience is the cold whopper I can actually eat and the soda. I was really hoping that this place would be remotely as good as the Sedona BK which was closed down.

Food is excellent, the people that work. There are amazing the only thing I really don’t like. Is it the dining room being closed at night is a long drive through but Hey, not criticizing? It’s good to have a Burger King. Everybody starts off in different ways. It’s good to have a Burger King back in cottonwood.
