I recently visited the Subway at Promenade shopping center under new management and was pleasantly surprised by the positive changes. My choice for the day was the oven-roasted turkey sandwich, and I must say I was pleased to witness the preparation process. The ingredients were fresh, and the turkey was perfectly roasted, contributing to a delicious and satisfying meal.
The dining area and service counters were clean, creating a hygienic environment. Despite the restaurant being busy during lunch hours, the service was quick and staffs are invested in customer service. This is a significant improvement from my previous experiences, and it reflects the new management’s commitment to enhancing the customer experience.
My overall experience was satisfactory and I look forward to returning to enjoy more delicious meals in the future.

So I went in ordered a foot long meatball sandwich and I asked for ten napkins. I got 6 too bad if she would have given me ten.. I was going to tip ten dollars.. Not only did she not welcome me but her overall attitude was one of either, I don’t like you or I don’t want to be here… oh well, good luck staying open your sales are already down… trust me been coming here for 20+ years…watch out redhead with a scowl on her face.

Came here on thanksgiving and we were quickly served. Owner of the shop is one of the nicest fast food worker I’ve ever met. He has a lot of patience and will help accommodate you. The sandwiches are great at an amazing price as well. 10/10 recommend this location over any other!

Just had the Subway Meatball Marinara via takeout, and it was great! The meatballs were flavorful, the marinara sauce was perfect, and the sandwich was well-crafted. Quick and efficient pickup, friendly staff, and a satisfying portion size. Highly recommend!

Undoubtedly the CLEANEST Subway I’ve ever been to. The sandwich line was picture perfect with fresh ingredients fully stocked at 11:45am during lunch rush. The new management is first class and customer service is excellent. We will drive past 4-5 other subway stores to come see Amir and his team! This morning I arrived and found a lady, who I think is Mexican because she doesn’t speak English well, and she treated me very poorly, in a bad mood, and almost shouting, what bad service… that lady got up today from Bad, We as clients are not to blame for the problems they have, work is work and that’s it, they should get those bad-tempered employees like this lady out of work. Because just as my hunger went away, there may be more clients that this lady is going to serve like this, and that is a loss for the company.
