Came in here to get a sandwich. The place smells disgusting- very dirty. The guy working has needle marks all over his arms, they look infected and he has large abscesses. Eyes glazed. Not someone I want making my food. I left.

This was sadly the nastiest subway I have had in a while. Stay away from here the meat was luke warm and so was the service. I was asked multiple times if I wanted a . Do I look like Santa Clause. All I wanted was my sandwich thanks but no thanks. I don’t know if it’s my luck but gross restaurants always catch me on my way to work. This place got me wanting a house sandwich.

Very poor customer service here! STEAR CLEAR OF THIS SUBWAY IF YOU CAN! It’s just not worth it!
From the time we walked in we were greeted by, “It’s going to be a while because I’m here alone.” He seemed very irritated and agitated. Then he proceeded to tell my group that we could only use one coupon even though we were separate payers in separate cars. Then when we asked why, he said that’s our policy speak to the owner if you want. We debated with him until he agreed to allow our two parties to use a coupon each. He was agitated the whole time and I don’t know if it was adrenaline or drugs that made him appear so angry and shaking. He was slamming the food around and even knocked his knife to the other side of the bar he was working on. This seemed to surprise him because he slowed down a bit after that. I recieved brown avacado in my sandwich but he did not give us the discount on the coupon, he acted like he did and when we got the receipt we inquired as to why we didn’t get the discount. He said he would try and fix it then said his machine did not have a code for the coupon that came out last week…. buy one footlong get one for 99 cents with a drink. He was not just rude but angry and if we had not driven so far we would have just left.

Most unbelievable service ever! This guy was extremely rude the moment we walked in named Rafael which I made sure to say he was being rude to us. He seemed to be annoyed bc I would speak Spanish to my mother for her order and translating (he knew Spanish btw) also got upset bc we pointed out the MOLDY TOMATOE threw our cash on the counter and as we walk out says “learn to speak English”. Everyone seems to have the same problem with this guy PLEASE contact head quarters and complain it only takes 2 mins

ABSOLUTELY disrespectful service. Trying to up charge me at any opportunity. Treated me differently for having a coupon. The old male employee repetitively shouting “coupon fixed price coupon, we got a coupon here!” then proceeded to treat my sandwich with such a level of negligence I was grossed out… seriously this location is a sorry excuse of a Subway. Go to a different location don’t waste your time and money at this gimmick. I AM LIVID RIGHT NOW. The strange female manager tried to charge me for extra meat after being shorted on my single serving of meat. THIS LOCATION SUCKS. DO NO COME HERE. Give your business to Board n Brew or somewhere that isn’t stingy, nazi-esque, and petty. VERY WEIRD EXPERIENCE. LEFT MY FRIEND AND I ON EDGE. Never again.

Came in at 4:15 guy was very rude and obviously didn’t want us there so he could mop and go home. With that in mind, he tried rushing us and was very rude. It’s honestly worth the drive to go to the one up the street

Waited 15 minutes outside the door for them to open the doors at 10 when they open and the guy just stared at us and continue doing whatever he was doing instead of serving customers. Doors are still locked at 10:15.
