Horrrrible service! I work in the service industry and never ever eveeer complain but this time I had to! ‘Arnold’ or so he says his name is, wouldn’t let me order 3 sandwhiches and 2 salads due to it being ‘too big of an order’! There was NO one else in the store. Also he had no hat on and long hair he was willing to make me the sandwhiches but said i would have to order the salads online? I don’t get why he wouldn’t just make them knowing he had no other people inside and he’d end up making it anyways? He said he was going to be closing early that night so I assume he just didn’t want customers! Super frustrating and will never give this subway my service again!!!!

I ordered the #4. Had a short wait because the individual ahead of me ordered 4 sandwiches. I appreciate that they made it the way it is described on the menu instead of asking me each time if I want this or that. They did ask me if I wanted it toasted. I said yes.. It was a good break from the traffic jam on the 5. Also got a large mango Agua Fresca that was not too sweet and very good for a hot day on the road.

Went in at 8:36pm and was told by a Hispanic female and male that they’re closed. I asked then why does the sign say 10pm and the response was “that was before the pandemic”we noticed on the way out that a second paper written says 9pm.. although it still wasn’t 9pm. Extremely disappointed. Wont be back.

My husband and I stopped in here for breakfast on our way out of town. The girl who was opening this day, was horrible, she did not great us, the first words out of her mouth was, the toaster is down, I cant toast your subs. She then sold us the combo with a fountain drink request. Every soda was empty, to which she replied ” do you really want that?” well yes! We just paid for it. She could NOT change out the soda syrup in the back, and asked my husband a PAYING CUSTOMER to do it for her. When I called to speak to the manager, Norma – she rudely cut me off, to apologize that it was her fault the soda was not refilled, as they are girls and they cannot change it out with out a man to do so. She stated she put up a “out of order” sign, and I told her there was no sign and that the girl should have told us that, to which the MANAGER of this Subway- raised her voice ” Ma’am I am trying to explain it to you!” The entire team of this subway has put me off completely, please, go to another location and get your moneys worth of good customer focused team.

Horrible experience. Very angry I went today Wednesday at around 8:45 and the guy taking my order was great! Even though he was knew & had some trouble he was amazing! We all start somewhere so it was okay & I completely understand. However the GIRL working there was SIMPLY AWFUL she’s been a worker there for a long time now. When the guy was taking my order and she saw him struggling she didn’t bother to help him & she wasn’t busy at all. There was no other customer and she didn’t do nothing to help him out she was so rude to him because he didn’t get the things right and rude to us. When she was grabbing the cheese she had NO Gloves on at all. She was grabbing the food with her bare hands. I asked her to put cilantro & she said she had NONE, then another customer came in and she gave him some cilantro when he asked yet she told me she didn’t have any. In my opinion just because of our race and she seemed like our race to but was being rude. She had black hair. She had such an angry face. The new guy that Tosted our bread accidentally burnt them because he didn’t know but he showed them to her and I heard her murmur to him “ just give them to them like that whatever’s”. I mean how rude can she be. It took 30 minutes for my small order and there was literally no customers just me and this other guy. I asked her for jalapeño on the side and when I got home & opened it there was only one small jalapeño JUST ONE. I have never been treated this bad at any other subway. She treated the other guy so well but she was treating us so bad without doing anything to her at all. I am very disappointed don’t recommended going there when that lady is working. I am simply so disappointed and angry what a bad attitude she had. She wasn’t even using the necessary sanitary precautions she didn’t have gloves JUST AWFUL!!!!!!! What a horrible experience I had I have never been treated that bad at any other subway but here it was horrible. I will not be returning here at all when she’s working. The lady had A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE

Chelsey, provided the worst experience at a Subway. She needs to find a job that makes her happy. I hope the owners do something about this. Attitudes like hers takes away from the San Clemente charm. Definitely not spending my money there
