The franchise owner of this store needs to go in to work. Today was the second time I did curbside pickup and I waited as instructed in the app. After 20 minutes my order wasn’t brought out. I went in there and there’s one employee. My sandwiches sitting in the back. Not refrigerator temperature controlled just sitting there on a back table. The employee said sorry that she was by herself. And she probably was making six sandwiches at that time. If I hadn’t gone in I don’t know when I would have gotten the order. I don’t know if there’s a manager there or not. But if there was they should have come in from the back and helped. If there was no one else on duty then the franchise owners should come in from home and run and help their store. My bread was stale. The meat no longer cold. Don’t offer curbside pickup if you’re not going to staff it. I would have just gone inside in the first place and not have waited like the app told me. To be clear the employee was great. The store could be run better.

Stale bread and no brown mustard. When I didn’t see the brown mustard out I asked if they had it and she just threw yellow mustard on my sandwich without consent. So much for a reliable road trip stop. Won’t be eating here next time we drive through.

I like subway, but curbside pickup took way to long. I ordered at 4:20 and did not get my food till 5:15 when they said my order was ready. Other people were walking in and coming out with food while I waited, Easier to just walk in !

First of I have to say that Oscar is an amazing host. He was very accommodating and engaging and on top of it all, patient. I went in a few times during the course of 24 hours to get some sandwiches for my staff and also for myself. On this particular ocasion (5/1/17) I was greeted by Joshua, who is also a fairly knowledgeable subway guy and he did everything correctly on my sandwich. Yasmin assisted me a few hours prior to this visit and I gave her a fairly complex and somewhat crazy request- to cut up my philly steak meat into smaller pieces and just toast the meat with the cheese (I recently had my wisdom teeth pulled so it was important for me to be able to eat everything in small gulps and minimal chewing). The environment was a very enjoyable and the overall experience was probably one of the best I’ve had at a Subway. Excellent team and great effort by these three on separate occasions! Honestly you can’t ask for a better experience especially with some weird and crazy orders that I had. Highly recommend this location. Also these guys are open till 10pm, very convenient.
