You can never go wrong if you want a fast food burger. Always fresh and delicious. The chili is also great. Dave Thomas was a genius restauranteur. He made KFC what it is today and literally invented the drive through which is way more complicated than it seems.

Stopped at Wendy’s drive through to try out the new crispy fries. While I would rate them far better than their previous fries, in my opinion McDonald’s fries are still better. The single bacon cheeseburger was delicious, however.

This location is Lake Zurich has by far the WORST morinig manager ive ever encountered. She fought with me over a 99 cent cookie that clearly stated I get one for that price when buying a combo, I bought two combos that morning. She started running her big fat mouth and threw her bad attitude at me in front of her staff and other customers in line. Even her own employes where on my side and could’t believe her rotten attitude. She got a free pass last Thursday from me, I hope she reads this review and she should consider herself very lucky.

This branch has got to be the best in terms of customer service. You can get same kind of stuff from any other branches, but the crew has got to be the winning factor compared to others. The service was super-fast and the burger was perfect. The employees were professional and did an awesome job. The place always maintains a clean environment. Also their bathrooms are clean and so are inside and out. Wish I had more to say but I’ve yet to have a bad Wendy’s experience and this place was just as good as expected. Will come back again

Hot fries! Had to wait. Opened up burger and it was not only hot but tasty as hell. Received food in a fast way. Good experience. People at cashier and hand off of food were smiling and happy.

It was ok I had spicy chicken sandwich but there was no pickles on it and the chicken itself was good but half the size of my daughter’s reg chicken sandwich that had pickles! Fries are awesome. Was still good though. Just went back today 3/28/23 pretzel bacon pub burger was overcooked and thrown together. Fries cold and not full for 12.00? Don’t think I’ll be back.
