i’ve been here three times over the last month. the first and second times i went my stomach bothered me afterwards. the last time i became violently ill ~ throwing up, sweating profusely, and ain’t and out of consciousness. these are all symptoms associated with food poisoning, and i was exposed to nothing else for 14 hours beforehand. this is unfortunate, given that there are no other fast food spots up here.

You know the saying: “It’s Subway! What do you expect?” And for the most part, that’s true. This Subway is generally just fine and the current group of employees are wonderfully perfect for the location and clientele, but they don’t have the veggie patty, which means our vegetarian son is left out, so we visit far less than we would otherwise.

The whole visit was very welcoming, I left my glasses in my car, Heather was patient with me.. she waited for me to call my son and listen to his order, she was professional but still has a nice sense of humor. The other worker was very friendly as well..she explained the process of waiting while she refilled the lemonade watermelon…which made it pleasant to wait. Thanks Subway Crestline

We have been going to this Subway about once a month for the past year. It is located in a smallish town, and I think they have a hard time getting good on-site management and employees. Usually the workers are irritable, unsmiling and I kind of dread having to talk with them. We went there again a couple days ago and the workers were talkative and pleasant which was a nice change. The food is standard subway fare, no complaints there.

It’s clean. The service is good. There’s a variety of drinks to choose from fountain, bottled drinks and other flavored drinks such as watermelon and unsweetened tea. I forgot to get my chips last time I was there in the manager let me get them today. You can also purchase gift cards; they are reloadable. Since the sandwiches are made to order it takes a little long so don’t go there if you’re in a big hurry. It’s attached to a bowling alley so you can also bowl and eat or bowl and eat afterwards. Enjoy!

I enjoy ordering and paying online. It’s so easy to do and you skip the line. You have all the choices and extras to choose from. My sandwich is always fresh and just the way I like it. I set a pick up time and it is ready to go when I arrive. The workers are great always with a smile.

Very bad service the elderly lady who works there mostly talks too much to customers to the point where we’re waiting there well over normal time. The effort is sub par, people have to go back to work we don’t want to wait all day for you to talk to someone who’s local and is retired and worthless to the community let alone real men and women who are working. And a guy who was working there was not following protocol creating his own sandwich without a hairnet leaning all the way inside of the food prep area. Instead of helping other customers he was helping his self to food. To which I’m sure if he’s an employee has to follow the same standards as a customer coming in and has to stand in line and be served in the same manner. Slow service bad customer service. Bad business in general here. Maybe they should hire people from down the hill to get good servers

Great Subway to visit. Not sure why there’s bad ratings. Got my sandwich made almost exactly the way I wanted it. What I mean by that is that Subway doesn’t put very much meat and even worse barely any cheese on your sandwich. For example a six-inch sandwich gets about a single slice of 2in by 2in of cheese. If you want more, you’re paying the price of a single pack of cheese just for an extra slice. the ladies working on a Sanchez we’re really nice and didn’t mind putting extra things like the veggies on your sandwich. Some places my charge you extra for extra veggies but luckily Subway does not. There was no line and a Sanchez were made fast and the place was clean. There was also plenty of parking

Closed 15 minutes before actual posted closing time. Received a shrug as a reply. On my next attempt to purchase sandwiches only to be told they were all out of meatballs. Out of three attempts to purchase meatball sandwiches was only successful once. Could not reach a manager after three attempts to report they closed early.
