Took a detour to make my kid eat something on our way home from seaworld. Checked the times and made sure to arrive at least 5 minutes before closing time, but the very rude lady was sitting outside doing stuff with her phone and said they were closed. When I asked her why, since they were not supposed to be closed yet, she was even ruder and said she had already out everything away and was not going to open back just for me. She did not even apologized or at least tried to be nice.

Their employee, Xochila, was extremely rude when crafting my sandwich. She half-hazardly threw my toppings on without even paying attention. I even asked her to please put more spinach on because I kid you not, there were 3 slices. She threw more on not even paying attention and looked like she wanted to be anywhere else, which I get it, working in food isn’t the best, I used to do it, but have some respect for your PAYING customers. When I asked about their sauce and what was in it do to allergies, she said “It’s a uh sweet onion teriyaki in it”? Like what the hell? Never coming back to this subway, she should be reprimanded.

Absolutely the worst personal service of any retail store I have ever been in contact with. I called about a free sandwich on Veterans’ Day (shown to be available at Subway’s across America, on my Veterans Care Website) and they never heard of it. I asked to speak to the manager and they left the phone off the hook until I hung up 20 minutes later. No ‘thank you for your service’ at this location!

I love Subway. Even though this isn’t my local Subway, I still enjoy it. This is a great place to grab a quick healthy sandwich if you want to make it. They have a great selection of healthy toppings. They have a selection on cookies and chips. Highly Recommend.

Horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. The store smelled odd and if it wasn’t Christmas Eve with things coding early I would have gone somewhere else. However I promised my son Subway so here I was. The worker fought with me over my order, was rude and refused to take coupons that clearly said one per sandwich. I have never had a bad experience at a Subway until going to this one. Needless to say I will drive out of my way to go to another location in the future.

My sandwiches were good, however, I had a problem with my drink, it leaked! I called the next day (December 11, 2017) and I was told to call the manager at another time and I did. Unfortunately, I was then told to call back at another time and I did. I was given the run around. I then left my name and number, but the manager never called.
