I ordered my 2 subs from the app, a footlong sub of a tuna, and a cold cut combo. It was a buy one get one free through the Subway App. I pre-ordered it an hour early and to pick it up at 12:30pm. I was disappointed it was not made when I got there. I was told there aren’t enough staff to keep up with the orders. I hope things get better.

This store has been a poor experience every time I’ve been in it. This time they were out of provolone, and bags to hold to go orders. The soda machine was broken. There were cleaning products by the napkins and dirt particals next to cleaning wipes. Gross. That is a reflection of the management.

Literally one of the worst subways I’ve ever been to in my life! The portions are minuscule and nothing compared to other subways! I’m calling the corporate office to complain about the location as someone needs to come in and whip this location into shape! Abysmal quality of sandwich making and service! Do not go here if you want good service and good portions!

Walked in, stood for 5min. The dark haired guy with green eyes finished with one customer walked past me (standing in front of him) & helped someone else, ignored me completely. No greeting, no Hollar to the person in the back for assistance. No explanation of why I was going unacknowledged. I walked out.

Usually just 1 woman behind the counter the past few times I’ve went, who seems to be working very hard and under a lot of pressure from customers. People forget how tough these sort of jobs can be. It’s Subway, you can’t and shouldn’t expect the best sandwich of your life. Kudos to the employee though, she seems very sweet. Not sure of her name.

We ordered sandwiches online on 6-8. Shortly after placing the order we get a call from the store, they have no ham. 2 of our sandwiches we supposed to have ham on them. We agreed to do turkey instead. My husband goes to pick up the order nobody is in the store and nobody walks out from the back to help him. He saw our name on the bag of sandwiches so he grabbed it and walked out. Once he got home i opened my sandwich which was supposed to be the turkey and ham sandwich i assumed they would put extra turkey since they had no ham. That was not the case i also paid $2 to add bacon that was not on the sandwich and it was not toasted like we asked. We tried to call the store and got no answer. Very disappointing experience especially when you pay $30 for sandwiches.

Horrible service, every time i go here i don’t get what i want. While I was caught off guard when I asked what bread I wanted, I got told by the only one working to “Take my time, because there was a line.” In a sarcastic tone. He then proceeded to move as slowly as possible to finish the 6 inch in front of me. The line grew longer. When i attempted ordered my one sandwich, the server then went into the back room to do something. I assume to do some dishes. I ordered a buffalo chicken, I was not asked if i wanted it heated or toasted. I didn’t want cold chicken on my sandwich so i got it toasted, which is not what i wanted. He took his time getting the sandwich prepared, as more people waited for him to add lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos. Taking as much time as possible, as he looked around the store. He then took even more time to ring me up when he could have been helping others. At this point i was so angry that i payed for the now cold sandwich i didn’t want. and left. I wont be returning.
