Received the wrong order therefore I complained on the website, they do not provide refunds, the manager emailed me and gave me 10 dollars off on my next order which I never received. The employees are extremely rude and they do not wear gloves when touching the food which is absolutely disgusting. I will NOT be returning. 1st wrong order and then you don’t offer refunds ? The absolute most incapable staff I’ve ever dealt with. They can’t get an order right to save their lives, will switch out what you ordered for things way under the value of what you bought (and they pocket the extra money), and will constantly hang up on you no matter how civil and patient you are. They are rude scam artists if I’ve ever met any. Try literally any other PizzaHut. You’re guaranteed to have missing items or items replaced that you didn’t even order. It wouldn’t be so bad if their attitudes didn’t suck

We have been going to this Pizza Hut for year’s and seen allot of changes in ownership, employees, food, service, pretty much anykind of change bad or good we have seen. Now as of late it seems things have changed again. Not 1 familiar face looks like an entirely different crew all together. Very unfriendly and just flat out nasty to there customer’s. I have said how is your day going and Zero response I have also said have a good day and not 1 word now I know that’s not the end of the world but if you don’t have basic common courtesy you probably should find something else to do instead of waiting on the general public. The wait time’s never matter I have had my food 5 mins early and 45 mins late the time’s are all over the place. The food is either just ok or really good and that has allot to do with how busy they are. Hopefully they can get it figured out because this was 1 of my family’s top favorite places to get pizza but not so much anymore.

The place was packed we were not greeted we had to ask for our food after 6mins of still not being greeted she handed me two pizzas an said here I had to ask where the rest of my food was when we got it home one of our pizzas was over cooked like it had been sitting in the warmer for hours an the other pizza had barely sauce on it an wasnt cooked long enough called to complain she said is a $20 credit fine I said yes then she hung up on me terrible food an customer service

2.5 stars, really. The good: We always get a pizza! The bad: We very rarely get the pizza we order. The ugly: Usually a 45 min. – 1 hour wait. We’ve placed 1-2 orders a month for the last year or so, either a buffalo chicken pizza or stuffed crust pepperoni. The buffalo chicken came with the hot sauce on it only once, and twice when ordering the stuffed crust they must have been out – we received a pan pizza once, and a weird tear-off cheesy crust thing tonight (see pic). Even if the substitution is a “better value”, as we’ve been told when carrying out, we ordered the stuffed crust because we really wanted the stuffed crust. *wistful sighs* we keep comin’ back for the stuffed crust… Someday…
