Walked in here today and just wanted a soda -3.70$ for a small soda!!!! Really should have gone to dollar store to get 3 – two liters same price , maybe that’s why they don’t have customers!!!! Empty restaurant means nobody wants to get robbed I think?

I don’t know if new management or they’re just going broke but the sandwich size has decreased significantly and the toppings have become more and more scarce. Asked for lots of olives and got 8 before asking them to correct it. Second time ordering here that I had the same issues but gave them a shot. I won’t be going back to this location.

I’ve been here a couple different times over the past month or so and everytime it’s been atleast a 20 minute wait to order my sandwich. It’s not the workers fault it’s just the fact that they only have one worker everytime that’s trying to do everything.

I went here today at about 7:15. I ordered Four sandwichs 12”. There were 5 people working, but only 1 person helping customers, the other 4 were too busy playing. The person helping me was the only person trying to do his job. I don’t know what is name was, he was a young black man about 19 years old, thank you for your help, the manager or owner should use you for a great example of a great employee. Thank you again, the other should fine a new job out of customer service.

Placed an order through the app, said it would be ready in 15 minutes. They were busy when I got there, so they ignored me for awhile, then made my order after everyone else, 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. But my biggest complaint is that I paid extra for sliced avocado, and found out when I got home it wasn’t in the sandwiches. Not worth the gas to go back for a refund. Very skimpy on the rest of the ingredients too.

We ordered multiple sandwiches for 2 nearby events. We stopped in to order the night before each. Dominique helped us, and was a delight! So personable and helpful. She wasn’t there for the first days pick up. There were a couple glitches for that pick up, the order wasn’t ready, they weren’t picking up the phone, then gave us a ball of napkins out of the dispenser, verses a stack we could sit next to the sandwiches and no forks to use in the vegetables we ordered on the side. BUT we still came in to order 3x the amount for the 2nd days order, and Dominique fixed all that for the 2nd day pick up. Perfect!! She made everything easy.

Just as others have said, RUDE and incompetent. I am so sorry G’s closed, they were personable and the food was great. This Subway hires kids that are without any people skills and are only interested in talking with each other. I was not greeted when I entered, and the cashier didn’t say thank you as I left. So I made sure I said thank you in a way she would understand I was not happy with her “lack” of customer service. I will never go back there again, there are to many other choices to have to put up with that crap !!!

My fiance and I went here for lunch. There was another couple in front of us and a long line came in behind us, and there was only one girl working! But she took it like a champ, taking and completing orders with great customer service and friendliness and speed, she deserves a big raise! The sandwiches were as good as any Subway, and I love the location as well!

I went there for my fiance Mike who loves the tuna sub. It’s the only sub he orders there . It’s a nice clean store. Staff was friendly . The only thing I can complain about is Everytime I go to any subway at any time of the day, there is never any broccoli cheese soup. My fiance loves that soup and the poor guy for months has not been able to get any. He is always disappointed when I return empty handed without the soup. I was told it was the most popular soup which is obvious however if you know how popular it is then why wouldn’t you want to have more to sell ? Wouldn’t you want your customers who love it, able to buy it?
