I had another business lunch order. I called 20 minutes and 40 minutes after they opened to place my order…. no answer. Then I drove down there and found an empty parking lot and the employee sitting in the lobby area at a table. I asked her if their is a problem with their phone, that I tried calling. Long story short, I had several requests/questions about my lunch order but she didn’t understand me. She barely spoke enough English to take an order from her menu. There are MANY other sandwich places to go to very close by. I left and received great service from another near by Subway.

Been to hundreds of these particular brand outlets all over the USA and Canada. First and last time here. Spicey Italian loaded with heavy veggies is how I like it. The sub builder would only put a small amount of my veggie pick. I asked 4 times to put additional veggies. It’s like after asking 4 times to put more on of a certain ingredient they went deaf. I figured that I asked for another veg item to which they did. I asked for more after 4 times and nothing happened. So I was given a thin submarine. They were cutting back to save money for themselves on the product. I’ve purchased Subway Sub from Maine, Massachusetts to California. Any other store would pile it on heavy. Not this location, I’ll go back to the other Sub locations. Two years ago local guide Jose Morales visited here and had the same treatment by Sub staff. The subway sub pics I’ve posted is what a sub should be. Not from this location. Sorry for coming here.

Out of the 8 times I’ve ordered from here they’ve managed to mess up the order all but twice. Don’t order avocado unless you want to get charged for nothing. They’re nice enough but can’t seem to fill an order correctly. This last time I asked if there was avocado on the sandwich since they seem to forget almost everytime and she looked at me and said yes with confidence, spoiler alert there was not. I for one am done with this location.

Called in my order when I got out of Home Depot. Drove across Mountain Ave and picked up my sandwich. Very quick and correctly made as per my request. At around noontime even.

Came here this morning for breakfast. They open at 7 Am but it was still closed at 8:20 Am this morning. That is crazy to see a Subway store not opening on time and really shocking to no be open 1.5 hours late.

I have been coming to this location for awhile. The food is always good but the service has always been subpar to poor. They never seem to hire anybody new. Its the same person almost everytime….come to find out that the owner is cheap and will never hired anybody except for family. So there is always one person present at a time..

The service is worst. Beware ! The store is closed earlier than it should be(around 8:50pm, not 9pm). And they just changed the closed time recently without noticing(from 10pm to 9pm). Very rude and impolite sales Clarks. Poor employee education. Will never go there again! Do yourself a favor and go to another store ! There is a much better store nearby.

Horrible!! Do not go to this one, they make their sandwiches thin and the broccoli and cheese soup I got was COLD and watery. I’ve NEVER had a soup from Subway that was cold! I’ll never go to this one again, the owner does not care about quality and seems to cut back and save old soup!!!
