I came in and told the employee that I wanted the combo of the day. She said “okay the cold cut combo?” I confirmed. I then added ” I would also like a second sandwich, 6-in tuna.” She makes my sandwiches and then asks if that will be all. I said yes. She gave me my total and I paid with gift card and debit card. She then proceeds to hand me my receipt and I ask her if I will be getting a cup for the combo. She says you did not tell me you wanted anything else. I said I ordered the combo of the day, does that not come with chips and drink? She said it does, but you did not tell me you wanted anything else. She continued to say “usually when people say combo they just mean sandwich.” I told her I was clear in the beginning in saying I wanted the combo of the day because I wanted the chips and drink that came with the deal. She said she would have to make an adjustment. I said okay can you go ahead and make the adjustment. She then says she cannot because I paid partially with gift card, it won’t work, and she’ll have to charge me for additional 8 something for the combo. I walked out very unsatisfied with my service.

Had a bad experience with Tina I can tell she did not want to be at work. I walked in to en empty restaurant told her I wanted the sandwich of the day cold cut combo foot long she makes a 6 inch and after I tell her she gets angry and throws the cheese from the sandwich and it lands on the veggies, she has an attitude the rest of the interaction, I did not like the way she just threw all the ingredients onto my sandwich with hate. I decided not to buy anything. Sorry you don’t wanna be at work Tina.

Slow, condescending, and rude. The only reason I’m not giving it a one star is because the other young lady was very polite. Tina on the other hand is either burnt out or doesn’t want to work there.
But it wasn’t just me, she was condescending to the next customer confusing him.

Lied about having tuna to avoid completing online order for Doordash. When asked in store 10 minutes later, sandwich artist said they do have tuna. Do not eat here, always understaffed and you will wait. Was here March 8th, 6pm.

They were so slow taking my order, I was ready to leave. Need younger workers there. Went there yesterday on 4/24/25 for 3 footlocker subs and the older Hispanic lady that works there is very rude and needs to retire soon.
