I went in for a daily special for 6.99. I was charged 9.25. Why? Because the cashier charged me separately for chips, a drink and the sandwich. Then why do you call it a “daily special?” And I asked for toasted, not charred! What happened to this Subway? Ive been here for as long as I remember. I wont be coming back anymore.

Got there on a Friday at 6:30pm. There were two people working the counter, a line of people to order and 3 people waiting for their mobile order. I can tell they were behind on the mobile orders which means one person had to fill the mobile orders leaving just one person to handle the crowd. I walked out and went to Waba Grill next door.

I tried to give this place a 3rd chance since is the closes to me but the service is horrible. There is a lady who works there has no patience with teaching new employees and is rude to them. No one is gonna last with that kind of teaching. In addition when ordering your food she moves so fast to doesnt pay attention to what your ordering. She needs to pay attention and not rush. Didnt get her name she wasnt wearing a name tag but next time you go look out for the short lady who talks loud and fast she might get your order wrong and then get mad if you correct her.

Ordered online gave us the time, we were there 2 minutes before the time, we waited for a long time before the lady told us they had to redo the order and then waited even more. They could’ve at least offered us a free cookie for having to wait so long and to top it off when we got home, they weren’t even prepared right!

Customer service isn’t consistent. I come here only on occasion since 2015 when I visit Norwalk from central California. Some employees have been rude and immature (youngsters). Other times they don’t bother to mention that their Point of Sale credit card machine is down until after they make your order. Thankfully I had cash on me that time. The other day I tried the app while staying at the Best Western a block away. It was an older gentleman working when I picked up my food and he was very polite. Everything was correct and tasted good.

I ordered delivery and when I got my food it was cold. Mind you I ordered a hot sandwich and they are literally only a couple of blocks away. The chicken was really cold I had to throw the whole sandwich away out of concern for my health because i wasn’t about to eat that chicken cold

I like to eat at Subway but this location is the worse. I came during lunch time and there were nobody in line. The place was empty and the floor was dirty. The meats looked a little dry and the cheese was hard; but I was hungry and ordered anyway the Italian BLT. Since I don’t drink sodas, I asked for a cup of water and they said that they don’t offer free water cups. This is the first restaurant in my life that did this. They probably did this to force all customers to buy drinks. After 1 bite into my sandwich, the meat was stale and was probably been lying around for a few days. It was still edible but it was the worse sandwich that I’ve ever tasted. After I finished my food and wanted to use the restroom, the one bathroom that was supposed to be for customers had a sign saying that it was for employees only. I thought all dining establishment were required the provide bathrooms for customers to wash their hands or use the toilet. I’ve always encountered bathrooms for customers from all other Subways. No wonder this place didn’t have any customers. I will never come to this Subway again.
