Was hungry for breakfast but not the usual biscuit egg thingy or burrito. So here I am at this subway. Place looks clean the girl behind the counter making my Sammy was nice and polite. I like when they know to wash their hands and change their gloves often. I’m very paranoid about servers touching my food. I got the bacon egg cheese 6” flat bread and a foot long subway club for my wife’s lunch. Wow!! when do sandwiches cost almost 10 bucks good as alway for subway!

I ordered just two foot longs, one for my daughter and one for myself a few weeks ago. I ordered a cold cut club and asked for the bread Not to be toasted, “toasted “, they also messed up my veggies that I had asked for. Then my daughter’s foot long, I order her the chicken breast. It was to be a simple request, heat up only chicken and bacon and they heated the bread also. She’s a picky eater, she didn’t even request any veggies or any dressing, just three items, the bread, chicken and bacon and they couldn’t get the order right. Needless to say she didn’t like that the bread was toasted and didn’t eat it. I then contacted Subway through the app and the response from the store manager was sorry we try our best pretty much. That’s not what I wanted to hear from the store manager, and because of that lousy customer service I will be taking my business to Jersey Mike’s, much better customer service. Also the bacon in my daughter’s sandwich looked like it was half a link and then cut in half, What? I’m giving two stars because I still ate my sandwich.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! this location doesn’t have proper management in the location. Need to train there employees better! they have young kids working there they have no costumer service experience what’s so ever!!! They only had two people in the floor when i arrived. It took the girl about 25 minutes to finish my order and charge me, by then my 3 year old daughter had to use the restroom. I asked if she can use is the they said no pubic restrooms. Of course my toddler couldn’t hold it and peed on herself, (mind the embarrassment and frustration) On top of it all I asked for napkins and a mop to help clean. The guy at the register ignored my request and charged the next person in line!!!!!!!

As soon as I walked into the franchise I noticed one employee had her personal phone on the preparation bar while attending a video call. I was so disgusted. As the other employee rudely began to take my order, I had to repeat myself about 8 times because both employees were distracted by whatever personal situation they were tending to on the call. When I paid for my order I asked for a receipt and I was told that there was no receipt paper but I was welcomed to “take a picture, if you’d like”. Next time I’ll just drive to a further location.
