Just went there to get 2 soups and a bag of doritos and the very uneducated girl in the front, her name was melanie looked very high and she was very rude. She didnt charge us instead she went to go help customer number 2 even though our order was done, instead it was just sitting there. She just kept giggling like everything was so funny to her I honestly think she was under the influence since she kept laughing for no reason. We didnt even get an apology for her rudeness , horrible customer service! If you go to this one inside the planet Hollywood and you see the girl with the face packed full of makeup then ask for someone else. I honestly didnt think 2 soups would be so complicated for someone to charge.

24/7 Subway. Unfortunately that’s the only good thing about it. Overnight staff can be untrained and rude when you can find one. Not uncommon for transients to be sleeping inside too.
