Second worst experience I’ve had at a subway. I am a subway local, always ordering subway and never have an issue with my sandwhichs. But when I came to this location today and asked for a Turkey Italiano PEARLA REFUSED to make it for me and instead made a full spicy italian and added full turkey. Which is A LOT of excess meat we didn’t need. And then I asked the same emoloyee (Pearla) for the pizza sub and when it came to the marinara sauce she REFUSED to put any on my sandwhich unless I paid extra for the meatballs which I didn’t want only needed the sauce for the PIZZA SUB. She was rude and refused to reach out to a manager for me. I understand that these items are no longer on the POS System but every subway I’ve ordered from has never given me an issue with these sandwhichs like she did today. Definitely going to be calling in a complaint as well. She looked like the most seasoned worker but RIDICULOUSLY TERRIBLE SERVICE.

My husband usually comes to this location, he always has a problem with the manager not taking coupons. So he stopped coming to this location, I came today since it was on my way to work, and yes she still doesn’t want to take the coupons I don’t know if it affects her bonus or pay rate but she doesn’t take them I asked her why she said its not me its the machine, I went to another location on Cheyenne and civic center and had NO issues, and she’s always rude she should not be infront helping customers.

I did an online order to avoid people during the pandemic as much as possible. I ordered online at 6:40 pm. My order was suppose to ready at 7:00 pm. When I got there they said they didn’t have my order. Then another employee said yeah we did its on the counter. It was a paper order. No sorry, nothing. One guy made my three subs. Another customer came in had his 2 subs made and was out in a few minutes. I asked the guy if he could put the BLT sub in the oven. He said to me its not on the order. I said I didn’t see the option. He said I am just telling you its not on the order. Ok! It took 15 minutes for me to get my order. I had waited in the seat while the guy made my food. I figured since he had the order on paper there would be no mistakes. Meanwhile the other guy making food had his mask not covering his nose. When I got home the BLT sub had onions, pepperoncinis peppers, and olives added. I basically threw it away since I ordered a plain BLT sub. I reached out to Subway, and all I got in response is I will talk to my employees. How about refund on the BLT sub? Awful customer service. I will not go to this Subway again!

Horrible service. They gave my subs to a random person that wasn’t me. And when I told them and showed them proof of my order as well as the card I used they said someone picked it up and how it wasn’t their problem anymore. I was upset but still talked in a respectful tone to not make a scene however, the lady seemed to be getting mad and starting showing attitude. I recommend not ordering through the app. Horrible service , bad attitude and they honestly don’t care . I asked if I can get my money back or even a sandwich because it’s not my fault they gave my subway to the wrong person. Rude and I will most likely never eat there again. Waste of money

Great service from Ash, even though it took a while as the line was long (but what can you expect- they make your subs to order right in front of you). Subs were great, and he was patient and friendly despite the line behind us. Would definitely return to this location

This store is very dirty. I understand that it’s not home but a restaurant at least clean up a little bit. Trash all over the floors and lots of dirty tables with empty juice bottles with stains all over. I always carry out my food. This isn’t the best store to dine for lunch. I just poke my head in every once in a while to get a sandwich.

Says they close at 11 pm and when i got there it was 10:20 and the doors were lock i saw the worker and she just shook her head no as in no service. Honestly why put those business hours if you won’t follow them.
