The Worst Customer Service Experience in The Tri State. I wasn’t verbally greeted or knowledge at this Subway. I Stood there for ten minutes only to deal with a Bigot Cashier. I formally wanted to complain and i had to deal with Manager Tonya. This Rude Manager actually had a Smirk on her Ugly Face. And made me feel like it was my imagination. Well it wasn’t. How about more Diversity and Customer Service Training??? Maybe Question The Cashier. And Never Compare Yourself in My Situation. You are Privileged and Entitled… Subway is a International Chain. MAYBE ITS TIME TO REPRESENT BETTER… IN 2023 YOUR IGNORANCE AND BIGOTRY IS NOT NEEDED..

Second in line & waited 15 minutes while one employee was making 3 sandwiches at once while talking & laughing with a second employee who did nothing. I finally gave up & left the store. Hopefully the one down the street will have better customer service.
