We were stranded with car trouble and decided to go get some lunch here. The staff was absolutely amazing!! They were attentive and friendly. Then they turned up their music when they found we were enjoying it. They were engaging and fun. We stayed for about an hour just eating and relaxing. We came into the place sad and defeated and left feeling happy and lighter. The food was amazing and the staff was even better!!!!

I think this is the bezt crew on staff Ive ever seen in 4 years. They always welcome us in. They stay happy abd talkative, and they work so fast – I feel so bad for them for that drive through at lunch. Its slmost impossible with j7st 2, and yet they do it. They work hard and as fast as possible. The one guy is always funny. Only thing i miss is i cant get my sandwhich anymore.. i miss my spinach wrap turkey, bacon avocado. They cant even custom make it. Why? That sucks…

well, since raising their prices i probably won’t be returning, i used to go for lunch at work when in a pinch for a quick reasonable meal. $13 for a foot long? it’s subway not some luxury gourmet sandwich place lol And they did away with their meal deal. gotta cash in on that tourist dollar i guess ♂️

Great service, friendly staff, clean store. I come in the afternoons and it is always a pleasant visit! It does get very busy there sometimes for a Subway but they are still very quick when they arent understaffed

I come here 4 times a week at least. But I noticed when Edward is there it’s been a bad experience every time. He’s rude, he doesn’t want to be there and his attitude is very poor. When you ask for more of something he makes sure to put every bit of spite into giving it to you. He doesn’t close the sandwich and intentionally tucks the paper inside of the sandwich as he rolls it up. A quarter of the stuff I had in the sandwich fell out as he smashed the paper into it and all he said was “Dammit”. The next time I walk into this place, I will turn right around if he is working. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. Don’t taint the reputation of a business because of your own personal issues. Every body else has been great every time.

Poor customer service. We came in 10 minutes before they close and was able to take a order. But when a family came right after us was told they were closed. She said there POS was closed but we haven’t even closed a transaction yet. Horrible customer service.

I came to visit this beautiful city around 6:30pm this crew a (lady) apparently was having a bad day she never ask me if I wanted my sub toasted once I asked her can I get those subs toasted she said no!!! She has a nasty attitude and zero customer service. You have a job because of us the customers that come and spend money on this place. I’ll never come back to this place. It was a horrible experience and hopefully they made better choices on selecting their employees.
