Sad to say..All I wanted was a salad with ham,onion,tomatoes and basalmic…Denied with excuse that they dont provide this anymore..They tried to sell me a protein bowl instead…I know there is a manager for prescott valley AZ to resolve these problems…I hope they will be reading this…thank you….

Well…out of the last 5 times I ordered online 1 time was the order correct. The other 4 times continually had problems. The order today was not complete when I got there AND they put cucumbers in my sandwich…I’M ALLERGIC to cucumbers!! The previous order they gave my sandwiches to someone else so I sat for 25 minutes waiting AGAIN… I’m done, don’t waste your time or money.

I was here on 8/17/19, after my son’s soccer game. The plan was to go to Subway, purchase lunch, and return to the field/park nearby to eat with the rest of the team. When we arrived, at approximately between 1:46 & 2:00PM, there were 7 people in line with another 7 or 8 people sitting at tables instead of standing in line (they were all with people in line). There was only 1 “sandwich artist” to wait on, build the orders, and cash-out everyone. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, watching the “sandwich artist” work on 1 sandwich at a time – from order to completion, I and my party of 5 went next door to Domino’s, thinking they would probably be quicker. I wish I wouldn’t have wasted 20 minutes waiting in line as we all walked next door, places our orders, received our food & walked back past this Subway 20 minutes later. Lo & behold, the person in line behind me & my family when we left 20 minutes ago was still in line, having not placed his order yet. Now, since I left to go elsewhere to buy lunch, I was not able to see if that person left the line & returned later or if he was in line the entire 20 minutes after I had left but I can make a safe assumption that he was. My message to the franchisee of this Subway is to staff more than 1 individual on weekends around lunch time. I feel sorry for the girl who was working at the time that had to not only wait on everyone that was physically there but also work the orders placed online…all at the same time…all by herself. She should be commended!

Done with this subway for good! Bad enough their employees are allowed to shout at customers! From one employee to the next they can’t get the double chicken salad correct! GOT RID OF ROAST BEEF!!!! But the last time we went in we asked to substitute turkey for bacon on the subway club, they put turkey in place of the bacon and charged us for it! Too bad I really liked subway once.
