We have a subway in our town that we never go to, but we definitely come to the subway every time we come to show low. the food is delicious and fresh and we always get great customer service. today They went out their way to double clean the highchair for my baby. It’s a little things. I speak great volume. Thank you. We will be back.

I’ve felt that Subway’s quality went downhill after 2020, but my recent visit completely changed my mind. The food was incredibly fresh. The bread tasted like it was freshly baked—like something from a bakery! My sandwich was delicious, and the Footlong Cookie was also very good.
Overall, it was a super good experience. It feels like Subway may have changed their ingredients back to the quality they had before. Whatever they did, I hope they keep it up!

Worst experience ever at a subway.
First of all they didn’t have the sub combos on there menu like any other subway is required to have
Second of all when I asked for a number #33 terriyaki blitz no one knew what I was talking about
So they grabbed the manager
She stated “she knew what it was” so let me just add the manager made this sub… are you kidding me?
It was missing key ingredients for the #33 as well
By the time I got home my sanehich was in pieces (I had to hold the bread on the sandwich cuz it was so soggy) the bread looked as if it was soaked in water and the sauce was leaking thru the package before I opened it.
THE MANAGER made this sub. Should tell you a lot about this place.:)

The employees are nice and helpful. They allways tell me where the napkins are even though I don’t need them. Be sure to grab extra mustard packets when you are here.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this location but let me tell you the drastic change it was. We were greeted upon entry with a smile. The location was very clean and welcoming. David made our sandwiches to perfection! Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will surely be back!

Food was alright, but when I made my order a meal with the drink I noticed their soda machine had a sign on it stating they had no carbonation! How are you guys allowed to sell beverages to anyone with your machine having issues? Someone better put in a work order to Coke. Ridiculous.
