First of all let me start off with the wonderful and excellent employees for doing an amazing job and terrific customer service. I ordered the Philly cheesecake chipotle Sandwich and it was very good especially the nice soft white bread. The service was very fast as well. I always order on the app and pick it up when I arrive at the location.

I was very impressed with the kind and personable customer service. I also quick service and smiles. The price was about where Subway is at, maybe a bit more pricey, but the quality of the food was very good. The chicken bacon club was great and I was impressed with the quality of the bacon and could actually taste and hear it crunch in my mouth.
The set up was really nice and the bathrooms were great quality and well attended to.

My husband had a buy 1 get 1 coupon so we decided to try this place. Employees were ok. There wasn’t a long wait time. I decided to do a carry out. My husband threw his wrap out and I threw out my sub. We had re-heated pizza instead. I asked him to explain what he didnt like about his. He said it was just aweful. I told him mine was the same and that the bread on my sub was mushy and that there was barely any flavor. We wont be back. We will make a trip to subway or cousins instead.

First time visiting this particular location. Ordered online and went home to eat. Asked for no ham on my sandwich but they never took it off, no big deal. Took the ham off the first half and had no issues. Went to take off the ham off the second half and to my surprise found this gross piece of provolone cheese. The black streaks come off if you wipe your finger crossed it. Doesn’t look like normal seasonings smeared because it’s completely black streaks. Almost looks like oil or product from the machine cutter. Called the store back and the manager was very defensive. He only offered to have the general manager call us back. Very disappointed in this location.

We just ate at the Johnson Creek store this evening and the minute we walked in the door we were treated like family. Such a personable crew and the food was fresh and delicious, too. We will definitely be back.
