Alica (I’m not sure if that is how you spell it. It’s pronounced as Alika but I feel like it might be spelled with a C) was amazing and really helpful, patient, and kind. She seemed to really enjoy what she does, which is rare in food service. I have anxiety regarding my indecisiveness, but she made me feel more comfortable when trying to decide. She gave me great suggestions and I haven’t eaten it yet, but I’m sure I’m gonna love it!!!! Thank you!!

Today was not a good day for Subway! The bread was litterly falling apart when I asked the young man (Nick) he was very upset and asked me if I wanted different bread I said yes please, he pulled out another bread and pushed it down saying ” it’s soft see”. He left the bread on the countet and went to the back of the store. Another young came out to finish my order, his face looked even more upset than the first employee. I have been a cutomer for years and this was the worst experience ever. What I should have done is walk out. Obviously these two employees didn’t want to be there. Gives the store rap because there other days the employees are friendly and very respectful. Nick, you don’t belong working with the public.

I order online and pick up in store and 50% of the time my order is wrong when I get home and no one called. They don’t add avocado which we pay extra for, they add chicken strips instead of rotisserie chicken, and my favourite was when I ordered egg whites and they gave me full eggs and didn’t put in the avocado… I can’t eat egg yolks so that sandwich was trash, I wrote in about it and got an emailed apology; not even a refund for the $6 sandwich I couldn’t eat. I think I’m going to start going to the other location around the corner, toooo many mistakes and money wasted on avocado I never get

Usually hit or miss whenever I show up or order through delivery apps. This recent order was pretty awful. Both sandwhichs I got had no meat? I understand toppings and sauces and such but the meat seems like an odd thing to be missing.

This is the worst Subway, I’ve ever ordered from. They have gotten my order wrong 4 out of the last 5 times. I ordered a foot long tuna and got a 6 inch chicken teriyaki. I call to complain/reorder and no answer. I wait 5 to 10 mins and call again. The guy who answers doesn’t tell me his name, so I ask for a manager on duty. Surprise, no manager in the store. I ask to leave a message and have the manager call me back about all the wrong orders I am getting. He takes my name to check the orders and then hangs up on me. This is their level of customer service. I’m never ordering from this place again. Thanks for wasting my money and time.

Little bit of a wait for someone to help me and the other guy waiting the worker but it’s cool wasn’t that long. Bread wasn’t available because it just got done cooking it’s 3pm so yeah… But could be worse if the sandwich tastes good and is done soon(very easy sandwich) I will be content. Subway is always kinda tough. Side note does look like only one person is working. Come on subway you got this.
