A girl named Chen just helped me and my little sister. She huffed that we had to use EBT because it’s a longer process. Everything my sister asked for she messed up. First she said light onion and she puts a hand full then she drenched it in Mayo after she asked for light Mayo.

The guy working was really friendly, but the broccoli cheese soup looks like some kind of nasty chili. How can anyone serve that? My guess is it’s days old. Of course I didn’t find out until I’m already at home. Very irritated.

Food poisoning. The workers were stoned like crazy and took over 15 minutes to make our sandwiches. If that wasn’t frustrating enough, we got sick from the sandwiches. I barely ate mine because as a past subway employee, I know what the bread is supposed to smell like. These men were using old stale bread, off smelling meat, complaining about their angry boss and going on tangents forgetting the order. Do NOT go here. They didn’t go through training.

This location does a nice job. They are very efficient and friendly. Only instance I had that struck me as a little odd, I asked for some pepperoni with my roasted chicken breast, and they charged me an additional .50¢ for two small pieces of the meat and didn’t announce that there would be an additional charge or how much extra. Most likely a corporate position. The concern is not about the extra charge, it was that they didn’t tell me about it before checking out. Very minor, but should be mentioned.

We Tried To Use The APP To Order Our Food So We Could Pick Up and Head Home Although Our Order Was Ready When We Got There They Totally Did Not Read Orders Properly I Ordered The Sub Club they Added Black Olives (allergic) A Lot Of Them and Banana Peppers That I Never Requested My Wife Got The Steak and Cheese and They Added Bacon again Not Requested My Son Got Roast Beef and Added Extra Black Olives, Banana Peppers and Bacon They Put The Olives and Banana Peppers on My Sub and the Bacon on My Wife’s Steak and Cheese I Read The Order That The App Saved and The Printed Receipt and It Clearly Showed How Each Of Our Sandwiches Were To Be Made I Called (not to be Mean or make a scene just to voice my Dissatisfaction) the Kid that answered said there was No Manager working (Really) and Tried To Argue With Me That He Made The Subs The Way We Ordered Them, We Use This Subway All The Time Even Though 85% Of The Time One Or More Of Our Subs are Made Wrong But They Are The Closest To Use, Anyway The Young Man That Tried To Tell Me I Was Wrong Never Offered To Remake or Give Us A Credit He Never Even Apologized, Am Sorry But All Of My late Teens and Early To Mid 20’s I Worked In Fast Food Or The Pizza Industry and As Far as I Can Remember The Customer Is Always Right (99% of the time) But I Would Never Have Argued or Said or Made My Customers Feel Like It Was Their Fault For The Wrong Orders, Very Poor Business/Customer Relationship Here. I Just Hope When I Call Tomorrow Morning The Manager Will Be A Little More Professional About This Incident

Horrible service from the young lady at the counter. 10/09/2021. Expect to get tons of attitude and watch it all change when she still sees a tip come in. Unnecessarily rude. Nothing complex about the 2 sub order, just seemed like she didn’t want to be there and took it out on us.

Absolutely the worst experience ever, the two employees had no idea on how to make a Sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. We had to walk them through it steep by steep. They told us they have not been trained on the hot sandwiche yet.
